The food here at fire house subs is pretty good I wasnt disappointed at all my family suggested that we should go here because they have been here a couple times before and when they heard that I had never been there they wanted me to tell them what I thought of the place and I would have to say its not bad they put cheddar cheese on a chicken bacon ranch which I didnt like I think a sandwich like that should have something like provolone or mozzarella and the subs were a little soggy after they stayed rapped up for a couple hours and I get the exact sandwich from subway and I often dont get to my sandwich for a couple hours after I get it and it is almost never soggy but they do have a big wide variety of subs and its nice to have a alternative to subway so all in all not bad the service was good and fast so I would recommend that you go there.

I would give this place a 5 on the food quality if that were the only thing I was rating. Im a loyal supporter of this franchise and probably come to this location once or twice a week but Ive never called in till today. I was immediately put on hold and then no one answered, I figure I would drive down since Id be picking it up anyways and I literally was on hold for 12 minutes with no one picking it up. When I get to the restaurant there are 2 people sitting down eating and one that left right as I was walking in. I ask the register person if they wanted to pick up the line and showed how long I was waiting and she just laughed and asked what she could get me. Normally I wouldnt be upset but we just had a baby and I was trying to make this a quick in and out. So much for that although they were quick with the food when I placed the order.

I think staff education regarding current deals and promotions would go a long way. I personally was not impressed with the cashier today who wasnt listening to me and turned down the current ISIS promotion while 2 of my colleagues had no problems with another cashier. I realize that the ISIS system is new for the business but I was told he "called the corporate office" and verified that the coupon was a one-time use only when it clearly says on it that it can be used once a day through the expiration date. I feel lied to. I wasnt in the mood to argue so I went somewhere else. It doesnt speak well for a business when something like bad customer service turns away a newer customer. I suppose my co-workers food was fine but I wont be going back.

I have ordered take out from this place at least 15 times during the past 5 months. The sandwiches are delicious but I cannot recall a SINGLE time when my take out was prepared accurately. Not a single time! They are not big enough offenses to make me complain but they always forget to label the sandwiches (all of them are labelled 1) and that happens almost always, they forget the side pickle half the times, if you add any additions like jalapenos they might forget that 25% of the time. I am giving 4 stars because they get the core of the order correct and are good with time estimates. Its just little details they need to pay attention to before they get a 5 star rating.

Poor service. I have been to other Firehouse Subs restaurants, and Ive enjoyed everything, but the people here were not kind. They seemed nice, but after my dad received the wrong sandwich, they refused to make the correct one! Its not as if the place was busy. We were literally the only people there. I give 3 stars because the food was excellent, and a lady who was sweeping the floor, possibly the manager, when she swept by us, she asked my dad what he ordered. She then yelled at the two people behind the counter to make the sub my dad ordered. She was awesome. The other people still didnt want to make the sub, and unhappily made and delivered it to my dad.

I love Firehouse Subs; best sub shop for flavor. Ive always had good experiences with them. The only reasons I didnt give five stars is the service seemed to take longer than normal at this location (& there are so many legitimate reasons this might happen), & I think they didnt put as much meat on my sandwich as in times past. However, flavor was great & the service was extremely friendly & positive.

I have always loved firehouse subs, but I think they have pulled back on the portions that go on the sandwich. the first two and last two bites are just bread. I still like it, but you get a better value at Quiznos or subway. not what I would expect from a name like firehouse. Ill bet firemen would be disappointed with an appetizer of a sandwich

Ive never really felt like I get much value at Firehouse. Sure, some of the proceeds are supposed to be going to support firefighters, but if I spend $10 on a sandwich I should feel like Im going to make it until dinner before needing another meal. The food is not bad, but if youre looking for value, this is not the place.

This past weekend we had Firehouse cater for a work meeting and they went above and beyond for us. They were patient with us getting our order together and finalized. And they fulfilled our request of putting each persons name on the box of their corresponding order. They even delivered it 10 minutes early! Thank you :)

Need to improve the food delivery. Last two times I came here they gave my sandwich to someone else. Then I have to wait even longer while everyone else in line behind me got their sandwiches. I dont think there are that many people named "Mitch." Food is good, hence I still come back. But if screw up again.... Adios.

I like firehouse a lot. Their sandwiches are huge and taste amazing. its pretty expensive here though. its about $10 for just a large sandwich, and $13 a combo. they dont skimp at all, so thats nice, since youre paying so much. Id recommend the turkey bacon ranch or the italian. theyre tied for my favorite.

ordered off of Grubhub. They must have been busy cuz the projected wait time was almost an hour but they got the food to me faster. the food was hot, fresh, amazing and they even gave me vanilla coke. so impressed, so tasty. Love it!

First time here...was starving and just started eating keto today. They (Arial?) happily customized the hero sandwich and carefully made it into a salad with the cheese melted on top; chopped it all up and it was amazing!

The food is great, especially the meat ball sandwich. The atmosphere isnt as awesome as the food. Some booths would be more comfortable. Over all, its worth the visit, the food is amazing.

I have loved every other firehouse subs I have been to. Not sure why but here the sub was maybe a third the size of others I have gotten. Also didnt taste as fresh as other locations

Came in a week ago for dinner and I love this place. Great sandwiches and the people who work at night are so friendly and always helpful. I was impressed by how clean it was.
