I came to this In-N-Out and ordered a cheeseburger with GR only on it as well as a fry light-well... I was in the drive through, and the lady taking my order repeated it back to me, as well as the man who took my money, and the girl giving the order out... But yet I still got an order that was not right. When I looked at what they had given me, it was a cheeseburger with EVERYTHING on it and fries regularly cooked and I had already pulled out of the window spot as I thought that with 3 people repeating the order back to me there shouldnt be a problem with it. So I had to park my car in the parking lot and go inside with my order. I know that making fries lightly-well done takes a few minutes and seeing as I had already been in the drive-thru for 10 min I didnt want to wait any longer for them to re-make my fries the right way, so I just took in the burger that had everything on it. In the end I ended up with a cheeseburger with GR only and regularly cooked fries... not what I went to In-N-Out to get... Now if this had just happened once in a while, thats fine.. Which is why I never wrote a review about it the first time it happened... This was the second experience I had with this exact same problem and order. This In-N-Out needs to get it together.

Burgers? Yes. Fries? Rather just go to Sonic and get them both right at the same time. While this is definitely the best classic burgers you can find anywhere around American Fork (besides Sonic), the fries are just terrible! Pick some fries up at Burger King instead if youre on your way home! I got the Animal Style Double-Double with Animal Style Fries... the burger was awesome, but the fries sucked, and Im not just talking about the distasteful sauce on it, or the veleta cheese slice thrown on top of it, but the fries were skinny little nothings with not enough salt or potato to keep me eating them. Dont even think these are store cut fries like they are suppose to be anyway. When I go to place like this I expect good burgers, good fries AND good shakes. When you fail at one, you fail at them all, imo. Wont be back.

IN-N-OUT BURGER: THE STANDARD BY WHICH ALL OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS ARE JUDGED. In my opinion, they have the MOST CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT SERVICE of ANY FAST FOOD joint Ive eaten at in ARIZONA, NEVADA, and UTAH over a 20 year period. Employees: greet you with a smile, knowledgeable, fast service, well-trained. Food: excellent quality, hot, fresh, arrives as quickly as humanly possible. Management: obviously supported by an outstanding corporate organization, also well-trained. Facility: bright, clean, or being cleaned. The Snyder family, owners of IN-N-OUT, is doing it right. This is readily apparent in UTAH COUNTY where service at MOST restaurants, fast food or otherwise, is spotty or slow, with inconsistent food quality and availability. IN-N-OUT, you are a beckon of reliable excellence in Utah County.

I may be a bit biased since I went to Southern California on my mission for the LDS Church. I, along with all of my companions, went to nearly every in-n-out burger we could find. And now that theyre up here I go there quite often. They are just as tasty here in Utah as they are Southern California. I especially like their secret menu. My wife will often get a cheeseburger with whole grilled onions, pickles, and grilled mustard. I usually just get a cheeseburger and animal style fries. Its always fresh and delicious, and dont forget one of the fastest meals in town.

Delicious! Friendly service! Wasnt busy when my crew and I visited there on a Thursday @ 6:30pm. Great place to satisfy your hunger! We loved how it was a smooth transition from the parking lot to the restaurant entrance! There was no need to step up onto the concrete entryway and risk tripping or stumbling. It was a great place to stop, rest, eat, and deposit excess fluids and waste before our long journey to St. George, Utah. Thank you In-N-Out Burger! P.S. We love the big safety pins attached to the back of each employees apron! Classy work attire!

Service has always been prompt, even at rush hours. Staff is always kind and the dining area is kept clean. The food is fantastic as well, their burgers have never disappointed, with the meat always being cooked right, the cheese melted all over them, and the vegetables being fresh. The shakes are the perfect consistency of being smooth enough to drink with a straw without being runny, and the fries are very unique to In N Out, hard to explain, but theyre definitely my favorite. The best part is that the price is right too!

I think that I-N-Out has one of the most consistent and positive brands out there. I came to this location with my wife and we realized, after we placed our order that both of us forgot our wallets. When we got to the window we apologized and asked if we could cancel the order. The employee, without hesitation said that i was okay, that theyd comp the meal and to just pay them next time. A week later I did. They made me a lifetime customer. These guys have the most awesome customer service in fast food, hands down!

As far as In N Out goes, this is one of the least appealing ones Ive been to. I cant say Im a fan of the chain as a whole. Their fries tend to be disgusting and the burgers are just slightly above average. This location in particular tends to get incredibly busy at lunchtime, making it hard to find anywhere to sit. This might also be related to the lunchtime crowd, but they messed up my order when I went a couple days ago as well.

As the food is identical to the location in Orem, here is that review: Its easy for people to complain about In-N-Out. I havent found anyone who is ambivalent toward it - you either love it or hate it. I enjoy the burgers. The fries, less so. Theyre not bad, since they make them fresh from potatoes (rather than pulling them from a frozen bag). However, unlike Orem, Ive never had slow service at this location, so it earns 5/5.

Its In-N-Out. Do I really have to review THE burger joint? The grand daddy of the burger? The Hallowed Ground beef. The cold crisp lettuce. The juicy tomato. The perfect grilled whole onion. Their magical spread, and their perfectly toasted buns make me feel alive!!! I prefer a "fry light" as opposed to regularly cooked freedom fries. And their Coke, Dr.Pepper, Lemonade, and root beer are always perfect. God Bless In-N-Out!!!!

This In N out location in American Fork has excellent customer service. the workers are personable, friendly, and work incredibly hard! The food is top quality! I think that a lot of people dont understand how fresh everything at In N out is. All the food is made to order, lettuce is cut daily, and the burgers and fries are both served within no more than two minutes of coming off the grill. I love this place!

Best burgers in town, hands down, and theyre very inexpensive. They also never mess up your order, which is something other fast food places struggle to exceed 50% with (looking at you McDs). Theres a good reason the line is always crazy long, but they keep it moving efficiently. Order chicken at McDs when they dont already have some cooked. Youll wait longer than In-N-Outs line when its out to the street.
