Can I leave a 0 .. is that an option? These people are seriously the dumbest bunch of "human beings" that they could find to work food service. First of all, we have ordered from there 4 or 5 other times and the reason we go back is because the food is good, compared to what is nearby. Tonight the food was horrible .. way too much cheese on the pizza, French fries were definitely reheated- whether microwaved or not and the Philly cheese steak was overcooked and just gross tbh. So we called the location and asked to speak to a manager just to let him/her know that the food was not their norm and the cooks have either changed or just dont give a crap at this hour. We dont ever ask for freebies nor would we accept one so that was not the reason for our call, it was simple friendly feedback. The manager was "not on site" and "could not be found" and the young kid started getting loud and outright unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and their food. Its amazing how one can crumble so quickly and lose all of the business that we have generated for you through ourselves and 15+ friends/family.... Moral of the story- they are: Rude Unprofessional Cholesterol clogging amount of cheese on pizza Overcooked Philly cheese steak Microwaved French fries Lack of management Lack of customer service ....to the manager on duty tonight 11pm July 9th, all you had to do was take the call and receive our feedback since we generally are very happy with your service/food. Instead you were a pansy or just not working when you were getting paid to and now there is this glorious review on google and yelp. Your boss must be so proud of you....

Terrible. I came here in October and waited 45 minutes at the bar for a beer and I stated it on Facebook. After some several months someone from the bar reached out and asked for a second chance. I was hesitant but decided to give it another shot. Me and my brother went in and were greeted by the bartender. I asked for a specific waitress that I know and was hoping she might change my outlook on this place. The bartender rolled her eyes and said in a rude manner that she doesnt work there anymore. So we sit and my brother he ordered a coke and me a beer. After a few minutes the coke came out. Thats great now I just need my beer. Mind you we are sitting at the high top tables 5 feet from the bar and there are maybe 20 people in the whole place. I waited for 30 minutes as I waited for the rude bartender to finish her conversation with the regulars to get me my beer. The waiter finally took our order and the waiting game started all over again. People that were regulars and came in after us were getting drunks and food a hell of a lot faster then us. We ordered 2 burgers that took 45 minutes from ordering to come out. It was a pile or processed greasy cheap crap. It tasted like it had been frozen for 2 years. I wanted to bring it to the manger or owners attention but he was to busy socializing with the bar and ignoring everyone else. All and all if I could give this 0 stars I would. I WILL NOT BEING GOING BACK HERE EVER. And I will tell anyone I know to avoid here. Go to native across the street before here.

Many visits to Maya this year. "Moose" and his staff, especially the kitchen, deserve high marks for presenting top-notch food with a sports bar/late night atmosphere. My culinary tastes are limited to vegetarian and fish items, but there is more than enough in the way of pasta dishes, salads, and appetizers to satisfy the picky. As you would expect (hope?), Mayas pizza (especially the Margherita), and calzones are excellent, as is the penne pasta with pesto (though the garlic bread is more of a garnish than it should be). Theyre working on building a craft beer selection, along with an NBA-enamored clientele to pay off that League Pass Moose was so great to subscribe to on this patrons recommendation (You still da man, Moose!). This review is way overdue. Id been to Mesa several times in the last six months for family good-byes, always a trying time, and in Maya I found a little sanctuary to help me pass the down-time, and watch my beloved Spurs, far away from home. All the best to you folks. Everybody else: check em out!

The food is excellent the complaint I have is there is a employees selling drugs out if this restaurant and has been for a very long time and Im sure the owner knows nothing about I hope and its the female bartender Jessica Martin its obvious during her shift and as well after and days off she sits there in and out to cars that pull up as well her very very mean to rest if employees especially the female ones , and rude to a lot of customers not a friendly people person this should be handled she already known to be a drug dealer out of this location she needs to be let go and replaced all the other employees are perfect and polite and happy , this issue is dragging the business down , its known for as a drug spot, but Jessica Martin bartender is already reported to the police and is being and has been watched for a while now but other than that I love the food I come in twice a week

If I could give it a zero I definitely would. The service was beyond horrible I had to wait what felt like hours to get service and only got any when I went and found someone myself. To make matters worse the server didnt write the order down so not everything was brought out. I had to wait even longer to just get fried zucchini which is an appetizer. I ordered a pizza as well a big mistake on my part because it took super long to get it and not to mention the wait on drink refills are just as long! When the pizza finally came there were no plates or silverware to eat. It wasnt until they could see we were more than displeased we actually got a little more service which still wasnt saying much. A horrible experience for mediocre food and service. Never again will I come here and I strongly advise others not to. If so I hope you fair much better than us.

Tough to describe. Service felt sincere but poorly trained. We sat on dining side and even though it looked like 3-4 servers were present we really only saw one. This created odd delays in the speed of service where things came at a weirdly in consistent pace... cheese and peppers, extra ranch, refills... Even then I might have gone to 3 stars but the sever forgot about our desert. The icing on the cake was the sliver of cheese cake which looked like 1/2 a normal slice... $4.00. It was about the width of two fingers and I have small hands. Ridiculous. Over all the food quality was 3 to 4 stars. The pizza crust was a bit inconsistent but I liked it because it made it feel like it was fresh. If you do go the spicy golden wings are good but could be a bit spicier.
