Im giving it a 1 only because the dining room was clean and the food was excellent! Having said that, the customer service was awful for the second tikkjmjkkklItrfTVoopme in a row. I got to the counter to ord222er my usual. 3 employees were hovering on the other side ojohjjokkknojkmmhjf the counter. Not one of them greeted mejk. All 3 saw me walking up and looked away while doing something else. It took me having to say something to take my order. After I place my order, I said thank you to the young man. His response..."yeah". That DOES NOT suffice as youre welcome. He did confirm my order though, so there has been a little progress. One of them brings my order out to the table Im sitting at. Again, I said thank you to a different young man. The respinse I get is another "yeah". I will give this location one more shot after this. If the service doesnt improve, Im done here. I will eat at other places that are a little less convinient that have better service. I didnt say anything to the manager, because he was 10 feet away, clearly in listening range. Managers, you have observe and coach your people as needed. I didnt see either of the young men disappear, as to go into the office and receive coaching from the manager. That leads me to believe that the manager condones this level of service.

I tried for 3 years to get to one of these locations as I heard it was one of the best burgers around in Texas. I live in Canada so only get down to Texas a few times a year. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed by getting a sludge of a burger. Squished stale bun heavily coated in mustard and not any of the higher end mustard either. As soon as I picked it up the amount of grease running off it was alarming. The 2 patties were smashed together and under cooked. Lack of fresh toppings and any flavours were over shadowed by the overwhelming taste of mustard. The onion rings were done well but lacking in quantity. The overall cleanliness was also subpar and place has a worn and sticky feel to it as did the booth where I sat. This location needs a remodel and better management to survive. I will never be returning to this franchise again as there are just too many better choices available.

The food is fine but the fact that the size of the drinks vs the size of the shakes and malts are different from every location is what I dont like about the place. I have always got a number 1 with cheese and onion rings and vanilla malt every time I do go to Whataburger. At every other store the malt is the same size as the drink would be that comes with in normally, but here they downgrade it to a small which they call a medium for the malts. So I go to the other in Waxahachie whenever I do get whataburger because the medium there is a medium in all drinks including malts and shakes.

The overnights at this location has bad customer service skills, and take forever to get to the com system just so we can place our order. It had took about 15 mins with only one car ahead of us and took them about five mins to greet us with a what would you like to eat no less and one of our burgers didnt have any onions on our patty melt and was very bland, these past few times getting my order wrong, and/or poorly assembled.

Been at this restaurant three differnt occations. First two on friday after 6 and both times it took over 15 minutes to get my order and today i was there at 3.15 and stood by the counter for 5minutes . three of the employees on thother side of the partion would just look at me . would not call the cashier or anybody to attend me. I left and went to another whataburger. A

The people are nice, the manager is great... They go out of their way, to make sure your order is correct, and if not.. They are very conscientious, about fixing the problem with a smile!☺.. Their food is good, and always fresh and hot!.. We eat here, many times a month... It is close to home, which is also, a plus!!!

Staff really helps out getting orders right or making them right...update, evening manager is HORRIBLE! Spent over 20 minuntes behind 2 cars in the drive thru for an issue with lettuce...poor management, the girl in the drive thru was in tears and not her fault!! I called Corporate for her and the other guests!!

I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order inside, people even looked directly at me. Not even once did they acknowledge me. The manager even looked directly at me and kept walking by. The staff seemed lazy, I have been to this one before and it was better than this.

Every time I go there, its at least a 15 minute wait; even at 2am! They are understaffed, and have poor time management. 1 out of 3 times I go there, the order is wrong, food is cold, wait is too long, etc. I have no idea how they are still in business. Absolutely, God awful.

These guys are the slowest Whataburgers of all Whataburgers! You better have a full tank of gas while waiting on these guys. Ridiculous! You are so frustrated by the time you get your cold hamburgers, you literally lose your appetite.

Very very slow. I love whataburger but this one just isnt up to par. Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru before anyone acknowledged me and then another 15 minutes to get my food. When I finally did get my food it was cold.

Friendly crew. Pretty accurate if you keep it simple. The cashiers have a bad habit of trying to multi-task, i.e. trying to take an order while passing food out to another customer. Make sure they repeat your order to you.
