Walked in after a long hot day and a long drive ahead of us for dinner and there was 1 man in line who had ordered a while before us and another couple in front of us and not a soul else there to order. It took 5 or so minutes before anyone came to the counter. After ordering it took longer than what we thought it should have and then once getting our food it was thrown together like a water painting from a 5 year old! I had to go ask for sauce that was supposed to be on the chicken burger I got and that took another 5 minutes and the manager in the back I could hear making a big deal about it! Then once I finally got to eat the chicken and fries were so over cooked you could have chipped a tooth so we ate hardly any fries and half the sandwich! The young man up front was very nice and it was not his fault. Also there were several tables left filthy and half of the place sectioned off and plenty of people to help out but was left undone! Waste of money and time on the customers part! The only reason Im giving this one star is because it makes me or I cant post it!

Youre better off driving to the one across from the high school or the one on 77 by QT. Every time Ive come to this location Ive waited over 20 mins for my meal. Update: 6/19/17 Thought I would give the location another try. Drive thru was busy so I went inside. I stood there for 5 minutes & was never helped. The lady working the drive thru window saw me, but didnt say a word to anyone to help me. I will now bypass this location & drive a few more miles down the road to get better service!

This used to be a wonderful Whataburger, and maybe it still is - but certainly not during the evening and nighttime hours. I love Whataburger, but my gosh. At least the past 5 times Ive gone the wait is a solid 20 minutes - even if Im the only car there. Not only that, but the order is almost always incorrect in some fashion. Its usually a minor issue, like a drink mix-up, but they get really upset if you mention it.

This place used to be great in getting orders correctly. The past few times they have gotten orders wrong. Today we went through drive through and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers. One with mustard and one with Mayonnaise. When we got home the cheeseburgers only had the meat the bacon the cheese and either the Mayonnaise or Mustard. No lettuce no pickles no onions and no tomatoes.

I have stopped here 3 times before work and each time took about 20-30 minutes to get through the drive through. I stopped at 5am to pick u a quick bite to eat before heading out to Port Aransas and it still took 18 minutes to get through the drive through. Food is sometimes cold and not put together well. Ill skip this location from now on.

Been her twice in a month and the experience was the same both times. The person taking our order was rude and the person taking our money was laughing and cutting up with coworkers. They were not interested in me as a customer at all! My daughter even wanted me to leave without our food because she thought they would spit in it.

I think they just hired new chefs or something because the food here used to be spot on, but for the 3rd time in a row, in the last 2 weeks, the burger they served me had a lot of pink. Im not talking about medium-well pink either, this was more like rare/medium-rare kinda of pink.

This was so terrible! Two ordering lanes and one of them had manual employees taking orders. My mom and I were on our way to help my aunt move out and this "experience" took 40 minutes. We will never be back. Workers are very dumb (honesty), and if I were you I would keep driving.

The food was good but it took a very long time to get our food. It was busy at the time, which speaks to the level of service and quality of food. We got smiles from the friendly staff. I recommend visiting this place if you have the time to wait on the food to get to you.

Ive waited 20 plus minutes for a hamburger with only 2 other people ahead of me in the drive through. The inside is usually sticky and gross. I love Whataburger, and this is the closest one to my work, but I drive a little further to not have to go to this one anymore.

Who doesnt love Wataburger? If you said you, go back up northeast where you belong. In Texas, this is a staple. A place that serves a great burger to order and fresh. This place is very clean, and serves hot food. Stop in, order a number four and thank me later.

10 minute wait for a lousy burger, it was dried out and the fries looked like they had been triple fried and under the heat lamp for hours. When I showed the manager he was unapologetic and upset I called them out on the service and food.

Service was slow. Waited about 25 minutes for my food. Even worse, after waiting so long, my food want even hot...luke warm at best. Funny thing is, there wasnt lots of people in the dining area, for them to take so long with my order.

I had the worst experience at a Whataburber at this location. Maybe they were having an off day. I requested that someone contact me with no response. I will continue to do business with this chain just not at this location.

We had our German exchange student family come visit and this was the first place they wanted to stop at !!!!!!!! The staff were sooo awesome and kind and even gave them a couple of souvenirs to take back to Germany ....

First time at this restaurant. Had my first whataburger and it was delish. They went out of there way to make sure my first time here was excellent. Now you just need to get one in North Dakota

ordered bacon and got no bacon. the fries were half empty. they forgot my ketchup immediately after asking me what kind I wanted. incredibly disappointed. fries were old and burnt too.

I go there all the time, the food is consistently good and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The building itself is getting pretty tired and is overdue for a face-lift.

Disgusting!! Stopped by this whataburger with my family on a road trip, I was horrified. We found multiple hairs in our food and there were crickets EVERYWHERE alive and dead.

I live in San Antonio but this is my usual stop when I drive through Dallas. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. Its convenient if you are headed north.
