The manager Alicia has some real nerve. To start off with, the guy taking the orders Anthony is a very rude and should not joke around with customers and falsely accuse them of not paying for their drinks when he did not ring them up. Two members of my family requested to have sodas and he marked on the receipt that we all four had waters, then tells the manager that we did not pay for our drinks. She decides to approach our table with her condescending attitude and tacky looks accusing customers of mistakes her own employees made. This is the same lady that the last time I was here was discriminating by giving out free sweets to tables of her choice. Our table was not one of her chosen favorites. Its disgusting that people in customer service or food services can be so rude and hateful.. Lesson of the day-always check your receipt. #lessonlearned #anotheronebitsthedust #Panerabreadhaters

Ive gone to this Panera in the afternoon and had a great experience. However, I went this evening and was very disappointed. Ordered online and came in to pick it up. I checked the bag and it looked like everything was there, but got home and realized that not only was a sandwich missing, but so were all of the side baguettes (4 of them) and the toppings for the soups. Not to mention, we ordered bread bowls (3 of them) which they apparently were out of, and they "made up for it" with a couple slices of sourdough bread, which was not nearly the same thing. Might have been okay, except the only thing they offered to fix it was a refund for one meal or a free meal next time we came in. That would be fine for the one missed sandwich, but really doesnt make up for missing nearly all of our sides. Very disappointed with their sad attempt to rectify the situation.

I was here at this Panera Bread for the first time. I ordered my lunch via the kiosk for the first time. It was fun to do my order that way. I took my time. No one was behind me. I got to choose and canceled what I picked and finally chose the lunch that I like. Asked Juan at the register for help with my drink. He took good care of it. I asked the manager Jennifer for a copy of my receipt. She printed it. It was so simple! Coffee was fresh. Bread was soft. The atmosphere and the music playing softly over head were all wonderful. I enjoyed my visit to this Panera Bread a lot today. Thank you for a great service!!

Food is fine just a little pricey for what you get . also got my order wrong. Service was terrible came in for a to go order and 8 other people came in after I ordered and 7 of those 8 were served first. I mean come on it was just a freaking tuna sandwich and a classic salad not hard at all. But I waited more than 15 minutes while people that came in after us waited maybe 5-8minutes. Very disappointed with the staff alot of people working so there no excuse for that kind of customer service , and got my order wrong wrong salad and wrong bread on the sandwich

Worst Panera Bread I have ever been too by far. Dont let this place ruin your image of Panera Bread any other location is great. This one is ran by heathens. I wish I could rate it a zero star! Place was a mess. Sandwich was ice cold in the center. Ive had this sandwich about 50 times now at other locations and it always tasted great. I dont get how they had it so cold it like they pulled all the ingredients out of a freezer or something and just slapped them into a bun. If your the owner of this place either do a staff refresh or shut the place down.

We went the other day around 4pm and while the food we had was good the place was poorly kept. Tables were bused but not well cleaned and there were stacks of dirty dishes at the trash/dish collection areas. There were employees standing around talking and most of the customers had already been served and were eating/working. What concerned me is that they were about to have their evening rush and they had not cleaned up from their lunch rush. disappointing.

The service at this location has continued to diminish... Incorrect orders, cashiers dont listen, servers and cooks screaming loudly at the pick up window. Brought a simple issue to a manager and she couldnt even get it right. She didnt seem to even care enough to fix the problems. WATCH OUT for their secret menu. They will charge you for things that you didnt order and tell you that it is on their secret menu. Check your receipt!

Horrible. I waited 30 minutes for MAC AND CHEESE. Absolutely ridiculous. They were not even busy and it isnt like they make it from scratch. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS HEAT IT UP. Youre better off eating food at home because the time it takes for a RAPID pick up order is enough time to make all of the food at home and dessert.

Really like Paneras breakfast menu, and thats the problem. Came specifically for a quiche, and theyre out. Ordered a sandwich, and they got it wrong. This location seems to have had some staff changes recently, and is not what it used to be. Still, enjoyable to sit with a coffee and a danish.

it was hurry up place our order. to wait, wait, wait. I also order a carmel latte and was given a chocolate latte, but hafter waiting 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a latte I was just glad to get out.. (note no one else was in line, so they were NOT busy..).!!

This location is a very busy one SO they should have more help working the front and know what they are doing .They ALL look like they hate working there .... I love their food is why I put up with this BUT it needs to change. There is no excuse for this is there.

Very disappointed, been going here for years I show up at 10 minutes before 11 to order bagel with sausage whe and cheese and they tell me they are not serving breakfast when their signs says breakfast served until 11. They lost my business.

Problems... The Mediterranian salad was suppose to be an orzo. It did but it was 90% lettuce & greens and 10% orzo. Terrible, unless you dont like orzo! And, you cannot get through on the phone. Phone service is non existant.

Using on line ordering is great. Usually is less time than being in line at lunch. Orders have always been correct and you get rewards for using the Panerai app. Dining room always appears to be bussed and clean for seating.

Pricey but the food is good. The parking lot in this location is unpleasant on a good day, but the computer ordering is really nice. Sometimes its clean and sometimes there will be a lot of dirty tables.

The ordering process is new-fangled, for sure. It was a little off putting, but the result was a good meal that I knew was wholesome and not some pink slime garbage that other chain restaurants serve.
