Last night a few of my family members visited this restaurant for my sister 50th birthday. We had called early in the day to reserve a table and was told they would be happy to. When we made it to the restaurant they asked us to wait. While waiting they preceded to give away our table. The manager Brad did his best to make of for their mistake. He immediately put a few tables together. Comp is appetizers and a drink. What could of easily been a downhill situation, he and his servers went over and beyond to make us enjoy our evening. Thank you Brad, Austin, Xavier and 2 more young men that I forgot their names. One was a server and the other was backing up the bartender.

Mi experiencia en este restaurante fue excelente. La comida estuvo deliciosa (las carnes, incluyendo el pollo, etc). El servicio fue de primera. Los precios no son baratos, dada la calidad de la comida. Mi familia y yo pasamos un muy buen rato. Recomendable.

Service was blah. Ordered a cocktail from the bar and it was disgusting. You could see as soon as the server set it on the table that it was not made well. Servers were confused and brought us the wrong food. Didnt bring my husbands salad out until right before his steak and only because he reminded her. Drinks were empty most of the visit. Food was decent. The sizzling entrees are served so hot that you cant eat them, when they are at a tolerable temperature your cheese and sides are burned to the plate.

Had a horrible experience today. Tgi Fridays has always been one of my favorite places. However I will not be back to the one in Tyler we waited to be seated while the lady at the bar just looked at us finally a lady behind us waiting went and found someone to seat us. The guy that came up was weird. And I decided to leave there was only one other person eating there and it was during lunch time. I had a really bad vibe... Hopefully they will get new management. Or else I will not be back....

I dont have anything good to say about this place! the staff SUCKS, they run around like theyre busy and dont be!! we were never offered a refill had the same glass of water the whole time, the waitress never even came to check on us we literally had to ask the door greeter to go and get our waitress! the food is OK! too bad its the only one in TYLER! needs improvement in my opinion other wise I cant see myself going back! if i could give a negative 5 stars I would. smh

If I could rate it a negative 5 stars I would. Waiter got all the orders at the table incorrect after asking us numerous of times what we wanted. Upon returning the food to get the right orders we waited an extra 45 minutes, waiter never came to check on our table, never offered refills; nothing. They continued to give us different time frames from when the food would be out we still did not get the food!!!! Will never eat here again.

My new least favorite place to eat, along side of Applebees. 15min to get our order even taken, 44min to our apps, and then full hour and 23min to get my meal, and now its taking em long enough for them to bring me my bill that I was able to make a second Google account and write this full message. Do kind of wish I could give lesser stars. Thank you for your time.

Liked the variety of draft beer at the bar. Hated flavor of steak. I drink Jack and know what it should taste like on a steak. That tasted more like Chinese food than American steak. If not for A-1 sauce on hand it might have been lower. Fries were cold. That being said, the Spicy Queso Blanco was awesome!!! even better than the steak. Overall enjoyable experience.

The atmosphere was very relaxed, the good food was good and the service was top notch. I have had a bad experience with another waitress but I know now to ask for Jackson while there. He is very friendly and remembers what we get. Not to mention, he takes really good care of us when needed. I hope TGIFridays gets more servers like him.

Was in at the bar just to get a couple of drinks with my husband. Took forever for them to even ask what I wanted, then even though we asked for menis nobody took oil order. The woman who was the bartender talked about how she cant stand this place and called a customer a weirdo when he left.

Walked in, hostess was no where to be seen. We practically sat ourselves at a booth near the bar. Waited 20 minutes for appetizer and then 45 minutes for our food. Terrible service. Never going there again. Its no wonder the parking lot looked empty prior to our arrival.

Talk about a good time! My sister and I came here yesterday for lunch! And it was GREAT out waiter though I dont remember his name was awesome and took great care of us and while they were particularly busy there was hardly a wait time!! Great food! Love this place!

Our waiter, Tyler, though new did a good job. Hw could check back with his tabled a little more frequently. Had the "All You Can Eat" appetizers and they wrte great! The BBQ flat bread had a bit too much curry for my palette but that is just personal taste.

Horrible service. We walked in and the employees just stared at us for 5 minutes and there was very few people in the restaurant so there was no reason to wait.There wasnt even anyone to greet you when you walked in. We had to leave it was so ridiculous.

Took 10 minutes to get a menu at the bar another 10 to ask for the dessert menu and a final 10 to say check please bc nobody came back to ask me for my order. Went back and endless apps. Great value for 10 bucks. Im definitely going back.

The endless app thing is a hoax they charge u for each plate that u get of course they will keep it coming because ur paying for it. Its endless until u get ur check then u r left wondering. My lawyer will b involved

Had a young man named Tyler for a server. He was one of the best servers we have had in some time. Truly knows the meaning of customer service. Will ask for him next time we are in. Thanks for a job well done!

The fry shrimp is to die for!! Great chicken tenders. Nice employees. A section to dine with family or a groupy settings to watch you favorite sports game. Or even a one on one with your special lady.
