My experience with this location was horrible. My family and I went to this location on Saturday night only to wait for a table for over 2 hours. We watched as others walked through the door get seated before us. When we first arrived we were told by the hostess that there were four waiting in front of us. After about 45 minutes and watching 2 of those 4 get seated, I again asked the hostess how many were in front of us and I was again told 4, which at that point made me question her math skills. Its understandable that you may have to wait for quite some time to be seated when there are events being shown, but some attempt should be made by the staff and/or management to accommodate those still waiting for a table. After an hour of waiting by the door I went to the bar to see if I could at least get any drinks for myself and my family only to be told by the bar keep that we were "too busy to help you" I went and complained to the manager, Jeff, about what I was told by the bar. Ill give him credit that he at least attempted to rectify the situation by taking our drink order. Unfortunately things continued downhill for the remainder of the evening. We watched as a table of 4 in front of us continually got up and left the table anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes or longer. I watched them go outside and disappear. When I asked the manager, Jeff, about this, he said as long as they didn’t leave the property there wasn’t much he could do. I explained to him that I watched them walk outside several times and disappear and it didnt seem fair to the others waiting to be seated. When I began to question his competency as a manager he became rather indignant to my wife and I. He proceeded to leave in a huff only to return showing me the receipt of the 4 people that kept walking away from their table. I asked Jeff why he was showing me their receipt and he told me because they planned to continue purchasing drinks. First off, I didn’t ask to see their receipt, and secondly it was completely unprofessional of Jeff to reveal this to a complete stranger. As the evening went on I noticed Jeff was high fiving and shaking hands with the table of 4 (the receipt he showed me) I’d been waiting on. I can only conclude at that point that they somehow knew each other. After this we left to go to the BreWingZ in Humble of which they had no problem seating me. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior from a wait staff and a manager at one of your locations. Needless to say I will never come back to this location. At least the manager of the BreWingz in Humble keeps the patrons waiting to be seated updated on wait times, etc... Really disappointed that the new location offers such sub-par service and incompetent unprofessional management to boot. I will be sending your corporate HQ this complaint.

We came in BrewingZ this past Sunday, March the 29th, there were 2 young ladies there one asked how many we replied 3, then my husband asked for a booth, she responded nothing. He repeated again booth, she turned and started having a conversation with the other girl. My brother-in-law asked if we can just sit in the back corner, no response. So after 7 minutes of just awkwardly standing there and apparently talking to no one, we sat ourselves. Another 10 minutes later the same hostess came and THREW (I kid you not), she threw all 3 menus at us. My husband got up went to her and asked for a different waiter because she was being very rude, she rolled her eyes at him and pointed at our waiter. My husband then asked the waiter if she could please get the manager for him. The manager then came and my husband told him what had happened and the first thing he said "I see, what would you like me to do about it?"....WAS THIS MAN SERIOUS? My husband then said, well how about an apology, then manager then said " yeah, no, she is not coming to apologize... I saw you guys sitting yalls self down, so I asked her and she said you guys just came in and sat yourself down" ...we then told him that that is incorrect we had been standing there a while. he said he was going to speak with her and walked off......We waited for our order (tailgate special and 10pcs wings) for an hour and 15 minutes, 2 tables that got there after us received their food, it doesnt take a genius to realize it was done on purpose. Once we got our food (separately, our wing came first, later the fries, then a while later the shrimp, reminder: it was a tailgate special (everything in one big plate) we just stayed there 10mins and left, because at that point we didnt trust that nothing was done at our food........I have never written a review, but this place is just awful. My brother-in-law had been in the hospital (which is not far from the BreWingz) all week taking care of his wife, we just wanted to take him to get a quick bite to eat and never expected this type of service, your hostess have no manners (YOU DO NOT IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS) and should learn how to keeps their problems at home(YOU DO NOT THROW THINGS AT YOUR CUSTOMERS); your manager does not care nor does he know how to handle situations appropriately. Me or my family will never set foot in this location again, you certainly have lost our business and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

This was the first time my husband and I went here. (I would like to say Im bad with names, so Ill be discribing people on how they look. We came on Saturday August 1st.) Our surver was great! Very nice, and good since of humor. She was very tall with her hair in a bun on the top of her hair. Greatly injoyed her. She was also very helpful with the menu. Like I said this was our first time there and we werent sure if we paid up front or if we give it to the surver. So my husband and I took it up front. There were two girls at the front. One asked me if I would like a bag for my boxes. While she was doing that for me, the other girl (short blonde hair with a braid in the front) was asking if we paid with our surver. Well we didnt hear what she was saying so my husband asked what she said. She said it again, still very soft. I think my husband thought she asked if we enjoyed our surver and he said yes. Well she just stood there looking at him with this look on her face. So I asked her what. She then took the receipt from his has and slowly said "pay with surver" pointing to the text at the bottom. She was still speaking soft and so I only understood what she was saying because she was pointing to it. I took the receipt from her and said "oh. Well maybe you guys should make that bigger. And you need to talk louder. I cant hear what youre saying" I told they other girl thank you for bagging our stuff, and she didnt say anything to me. Just backup and looked at the blonde girl. Its not like I didnt understand we needed to pay with the surver so I dont appreciate how she said that. Its like she dumbed it down for us. That wasnt the issue. It was hearing her! I thought that was completely rude, rather than being our first time or not, you should never talk to a paying customer in that fashion. Im not sure Ill be coming back.
