It is with regret that I am commenting on Cicis pizza. We have always been a fan of this chain. That changed last night after eating at this location. It was one of the worst Cicis we have been to. Yes, they were obviously short handed. However, that should not excuse proper health and sanitary measures. They were only using one warming area and stacking pizzas two and three deep. They put the brownies in front of the pizzas which means you had to lean over them to reach the pizza. Hard to do for a slender person much less one that may a bit over weight in the middle. Yes, a belly was seen on the brownies!!!! That other section should have been open for pizza and deserts to be spread out to avoid bodily contact. Just gross!!! The pizza selection was very limited. I am giving them two stars only because the two employees that could speak English were nice. They did try to get out personal sized pizzas to multiple guest. Other than that, I would not eat here until they make some changes. This is a shame too as we frequent this side of Tyler.

We went here on Friday night at 8:50, over 2 hrs before they close, an the workers were either standing around doing nothing but talking, or already prepping for close and acting as though any new customers, were there after closing telling us we can only sit on one side of the store, basically no booths, Im fat I like a booth, especially at a buffet. Then didnt want to make any new pizzas even though the buffet stuff was cold, had to ask the cleaning lady to stop sweeping by our table cause she was flinging stuff around with broom, then the same lady gave me a dirty look when we exited because even though she blocked off half the store, she decided to start mopping at the exit. Also the head manager ( I know this because he specifically bragged to a customer saying " he was the on top of the tippy top at this store") made fun of the other employees making fun of the fact that they had to clean, an he was "out of here" then promptly left. Bad experience, an not much different from last time we went

Their pizza is good. Their employees are friendly but very slow. I decided to have wings instead of pizza when my family dined here together. It took 45 minutes to get my wings and my family were all done eating by the time I got my food. After several visits like this we just decided not to go back again. But if everyone is eating pizza then its a great cheap place for your family to enjoy together.

The entire establishment is disgusting. Theres food all over the floor, some of it isnt even served here. My shoes stuck to the ground with every step. Everything was covered with a fine layer of grease, the drink machine was messed up and covered in ice cubes, the food was unsatisfactory, there were no straws and the cups were sticky, and the bathrooms were indescribably disgusting.

This location really isnt the best. The other Tyler location puts this place to shame as far as the quality and freshness of the food. However, this location is better for bigger crowds and has a larger game room. But if food is strictly what youre wanting, I highly recommend going to the one on the other side of town.

The food tasted great, the service was friendly and it really is a great place to eat at with my friends. My only complaint, however, is that CiCis is also a great place for childrens birthday parties which can make for a loud and distracting atmosphere. Sometimes. But really, who cares cause the food rocks.

I used to come to this cicis but, Im sad to say I probably will not be back. There was barely any pizza on the buffet. It wasnt clean. They never wiped down the buffet station there was food everywhere. The salad bar was filthy. I was shocked because this used to be one of our family favorites. So sad.

Absolutely horrible. The pizza was as cold as ice. We then asked one of the workers if they had hot hamburger pizza and she rudely said it will be out when it gets done. Last time I ever eat Cicis Pizza..Do not eat at the Cicis on the loop 323 in Tyler.

Its definitely a hit, especially for families. Unlimited pizza is never bad, but the quality does suffer (as expected). In addition they dont have the largest variety of pizzas, pastas, and salads that Ive seen at a pizza buffet. But its cheap.

This used to be a good cicis not sure what happened but it is now dismal, floors are nasty, buffet was horrible, staff was rude. The mens bathroom sink was over flowing and there is no way the employees are washing there hands in this.

Best pizza around for the price no doubt. Lots of variety. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. And its family friendly for those with kids, plenty plenty of plenty of games and drink options. Ive yet to have have a bad visit

Great service! We walked in 24 minutes before they closed and everyone was super friendly and took care of with anything we wanted even tho im sure they were ready to end the day. Thanks for the great service

First off, under our booth there was something sticky... like spilled juice. Second, our food tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for a long time. Overall, it was disgusting.

Staff is not friendly. The service has gone down. The pizza is not as good as it use to be. For an increase in price for kids 3-10 is $3.29 drinks are not included for kids.

The owner is an amazing guy!!! Anytime hes there hes very welcoming and helpful. Pizza is very good for the price. Only $17 for two adults with drinks.
