Decided on getting the buffet, food was warm, but jalapeños was not part of it, they were .35 extra for each one. Dont get me wrong its not the money its the principle its supposed to be all you can eat. Now the gross part while we set and ate .... the young girl/lady who was the cashier stopped emptied the trashcan change the bag, doing without gloves. After taking care of the trash she went straight back to register. She then went to yhe serving line wiping it, went behind the register messing with the food. Now she in the lobby wiping down tables .....did I mention she NEVER WASHED HER HANDS in all that she is doing her hand never touched SOAP AND WATER... the white towel she used was a towel that was already sitting on the counter....neverless this will be my last time eating here ... oh yea they only wiped the red trays with a towel for reuse ....never passing in a bowl of water .....just nasty and an unhealthy for an eating establishment

Selection small. Price is a lil lol on high side. But this is the issue with me. Me my wife and kids spent 70.00. There was no French fries on buffet table. Go figure chicken place with no French fries. So I asked the manager why they done serve French fries and she told me they do but not on the buffet. She also kindly told me but I can cook you some but i I have to charge you more. REALLY! REALLY! I just spent 70.00 and you want more of my money for fries that you are suppose to have with chicken anyways. First and last time. Thank you hartz but no thank you. Pissed off!

Weve been to several Hartz chicken and this location beats them all. They have just a bit more variety and the food was simply delicious from the mash potatoes to the mac and cheese! The food of the other locations lacked flavor and or just tasted bad. Im extremely impressed and glad that not all are the same. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. The staff was friendly as well.

The Asian cashier is always finding new ways to to charge your prices. she charges you more for extra and puts less food then what your expect. When they are out of something they charge they dont give you alternative. And cost you 25 cents to a $1. She is still the same. The white girl and younger people that work there are GREAT!!!!

Food was cold and dry, the restrooms were worst the a mini mart stall. The crew taking the order however was friendly so Ill give them that, but for $35 I expected hotter food. Ill stick to the Fairmont location, always fresh and a wider variety AND clean facilities. Thanks anyways Southmore unit.

The Fairmont location is way better for the buffet. I dont even go to this one anymore because everytime i order chicken they charge me for hotsauce not extra hotsauce but just to get hotsauce. Thats like charging for ketchup when you order fries.

They have hand made signs everywhere telling you what you cant do. They even have signs instructing the personnel on what to do. All of them are hand written and looks tacky. The food was pretty good. The plastic silverware is real small.
