I have visited this location for many time and never had any problems Im a Starbucks rewards holder and enjoy the product to the fullest but after my experience this morning with a manager by the name of Ashley whom displayed poor customer service and but a very bad taste in my mouth for this location I placed a pick up order from my app and when I got there over 10 minutes later it wasnt ready we wasnt greeted at the door when asked where is my order I was told they havent started on it now Im on my way to work its 5:15 am the place is empty why are my drinks not ready in the time the app say it would be then I asked for a refund because I couldnt wait longer and Ashley gave me a gift card of half of my money so of course this was unacceptable I demanded a FULL REFUND then she asked me what was my problem when I asked her what her name was so on that note I will drive a few extra miles past this location for a better display of customer service and professionalism

Every time I go to this location on the weekend, the service is terrible. On Google, it says open until 9 on Sunday. They close at 8. The staff is trying to do everything they can to leave early. Went there on Sunday and they said they didnt have any food available because "we close in 8 minutes".... followed by a giggle. Poor service, the drinks cam 3/4 full. Go to the Sterling Ridge location or to the one at 2978 and 1488. This manager obviously does not care about his customers.

Truthfully Im not a big Starbucks fan. I take my daughter to work close to that area and she loves to go up there and get her drink and muffin. On this order board I noticed that sometimes they will put on the video camera and you can see the associate youre dealing with and evidently I believe they can see you.

Though the service is great, especially in the drive through, the people taking and giving out the food are very friendly, there is limited parking if you want to do that. I often have to park in the bank next doors parking lot and walk.

At a time when EMS made a visit to aid a stricken barrista the staff remained calm and professional and served me my usual winter drink....half coffee n half hot chocolate no whip cream n leave room....to perfection

love this location. I work close by and everyone here is so friendly. I went to a different one today and my coffee tasted sour. the girl at the woodlands parkway location gladly remade it. Thats so awesome to me.
