Okay, so heres why I gave it one star: 1. Its no longer called Creative Grounds, and so therefore this review isnt really for CG, its for the place that bought CG; Creative Grounds was bought out by something called "Choice Coffee." I already wasnt happy because this was the first actual nice coffee shop the Spring/ The Woodlands area has gotten, so for it to turn into "Choice Coffee" with a sign that looks like it should be inside a Walmart Cafe (Im not trying to offend anyone, just trying to be honest) was disappointing already. 2. The people are nice but the atmosphere is drab, the barista uniforms look like every other chain coffee corporation would have. Thats over exaggerated, but just something I noticed. 3. I was overall pretty bummed that Creative got bought out simply because they didnt have enough traffic and werent a big enough ship financially to stay in business. But heres the thing Im actually writing the review for: the COFFEE. The coffee is terrible. I knew as I was pumping it into my mug that it couldnt have been good coffee from its coloration. I smelled it, displeased, and then tasted it...straight up Folgers. So. So. Disappointed. I paid $2.50 for a cup of F O L G E R S coffee. I pay the same amount in Houston for a cup of actual, high quality coffee. I decided going to Choice Coffee wasnt going to be so bad because at least they still have coffee. Wrong. Not only did Creative Grounds get bought out and leave, their quality coffee left as well. There is nothing "Choice" about this coffee shop anymore, and I know this review sounds harsh, but my disappointment is great because of there being no coffee shops other than Starbucks. So the entire thing was a huge letdown. I wouldnt have gone again except for that our wifi was out at my house, but I can say unfortunately I will not be back, wifi or no wifi. Just so disappointed. If I didnt know Creative Grounds used to be there, I never would have thought about stopping by simply because of their sign/branding by the road. Doesnt look nice.

Very nice place. The coffee was very good. It is a very comfortable place to hang out. They have board games to play. Price is pretty comparable to other coffee shops. It did take a little while to get my coffee. I order right away and they started making it right then, but took a little longer that I would expect. It might be much longer if they are busy. But it is a good place to hang out so if you arent in a hurry that might not be so bad. Also to note, they havent been open for very long when I visited. That could have contributed to the time.

I loved the atmosphere of the place. The service was wonderful and drinks came out in cute cups. My daughter ordered the London Fog Tea with Lavender and I ordered the German Chocolate Mocha Latte, which tasted just like German Chocolate Cake. This is a great place to hang out and felt very peaceful.

Pretty, rustic coffee shop with strong, delicious espresso and lattes! The barista let me try the drink before actually placing my order - its worth every bit of my 16minute drive!
