I made my order online to these people and they said it would be ready at 7 oclock. I get there at like 7:03 and the order wasnt even started yet. One girl there was new, very apologetic, and seemed sincere however after I already paid online, they tell me that they are out of brown rice. I sub for white rice but then I had to wait 30 minutes for an order that I did online to avoid the wait in the first place. The new girl told me they were very busy today and said sorry again. Once I finally got my food I asked if there would be a price reduction or maybe a complimentary anything? I was very polite but anyone in there could tell I was upset. She said no, there wouldnt be any complimentary items/price reduction. I said ok thank you and went on about my business. Food is good but the wait is ridiculous and the only real customer service I had was by the new chick and one of the cooks who pointed out that I was still waiting in the lobby. They can cook for what I ordered but the time management is poor to say the most.

They are forever out of the string bean chicken which is very frustrating because it is the only thing on their menu I will eat. You would think if a business knew that they were always out of something, that they would order the supplies for, and make more of it. If there is high demand, there needs to be a high supply. They loose out on so much business because of this. Their excuses for being out are ALWAYS ridiculous as well. Ranging from "we didnt receive our chicken shipment" to "there is no one working today that knows how to cut up the beans".

i love panda express, but totllay DISLIKE this store. i tried twice, but both time i get BURNED fried rice. so i complained to store manager, and he told me "The new guy dont know how to cook." uh..? ok.. then teach cookers how to cook properly... or you cook it sir. im going to try again today. if its still same , going to call panda express headquarters, and complaint about it until they pay me back for all my 3 meals i purchased.

I have visited many different Panda Express and never have had a worse experience. My wife and I stood there while countless employees walked right passed us not even acknowledge that we were there. The restaurant was filthy with food remnants everywhere. One employee was extremely interested in his own ear and would not stop scratching it while he was cooking. Finally just left. Will never go to again.

This is conveyor belt mall food in its own building. Nothing authentic about it. Some things are marginally tasty but even then its just a sauce coating a sub-par base. Panda Express is good if youre stuck in an airport and need a quick bite to eat and theres no lineup. Other than that, theres surely something better nearby.

Foods good, but service questionable. All the staff has headsets on and cant decide if they want to help you or the person in the drive thru. Help me or help them. Pick one. They also have a tendency to "close early" based on how close you come to closing time. If your gonna cut it close chose another place.

Came in at night and requested more beef and broccoli, the woman continuously offered me something else. Went to the Forum location and got my food made fresh with the right amount of beef and juicy broccoli. The FM location is usually my favorite but Ill never come here during the night shift again.

They are always out of something and stand around like they dont notice! You can never get what you want. And drive through get priority, those dinning in the store are served last! Poorly run and staff is lazy! This seems to be the standard in Schertz Texas, poor service and quality!

I like the food but a business shouldnt close down before they close. hour and a half before closing and they are shutting everything down. bad business in my book. I should be able to go Im there and get fresh food and drink til the doors are locked

i love panda expree because of fried rice. i eat here about 3~4 times a week but last 3times , rice was HORRIBLE. 2 times burned and 1 time not even fully cooked. id never go this store again. going to try other panda express store.

I went to this location at 9pm and they were out of white rice and fried rice along with a few other items I wanted. Their advertised closing time is 1030pm. How can they be out of all that with an hour and a half until they close???

This is the slowest place on the planet! The drive thru takes FOREVER and they still ask you to pull around so they can bring food out to you. They never seem to have enough food ready even during peak times! Horrible service!

Ive had better experiences on past visits, my last visit wasnt too good, we were skimped on our food and when we mentioned it we were given extra at a charge of course...Food was GREAT though

The food is consistent and there is usually a crowd when I go. They dont keep up well with their internet orders, so try calling ahead to make sure your order is ready when you get there.
