Horrible! Dont have a party for this location its better to go early and save tables dont have a hostess shes just the middle man. I had a party here and you only have an hour and a half for everything the pizza took so long to come out i had to cut the cake before some of my guests got to eat. The pizzas took so long to come out my guests thought i wasnt buying anymore and bought some themselves.(there pizza came out before mine) I could never find the hostess when I needed her. The ice cream was all melted by the time i found her to tell her to call everyone to the tables so we can sing happy birthday. She had such a bad attitude my guest asked her if she was alright and she said she was fine that everyone just keeps getting in her way. The next day after I complained the manager (robert) after reviewing and seeing only 10 pizzas were at the tables when they charged me for 11 and when there should have been 14 adding the guests pizzas they bought he said he would not give me back the money for the pizzas i never got. All he did was offer me 2 pizzas free for the inconvenience.

I went in there to that Peter Piper Pizza for the very First time. The young girl on the register was Kind and Friendly. Ohhh Nooo but after that almost every single Employee there was very very Tremendously Rude to me and my little nenas. The lead from the winning prizes area very very Rude. Denying my little girl a different knick knack toy. Disrespectful body language towards me, Not mentioning his way of talking in a very Rude manner towards me.. All the employees by the register except for that one Kind and Friendly employee were very very Rude towards my nenas. I will Never Ever go back again. I mostly go to the Peter Piper Pizza on Commerce and McMullen but I decided to go there instead for the very First time. Big Mistake, Big Mistake Never Again I had a very Bad, Super Bad Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will Keep on going to the Peter Piper Pizza on Commerce and McMullen now that Place is what you call People Friendly from the very First Employee you come across with, to the very last Employee!!!!!!

Very very disappointed!!!! We had our sons first birthday party here, the hosts were rushing us, when we still had 45 minutes left to our party, they were already trying to make us cash out, there were two hosts and they lacked communication between the two of them!!!! Didnt know what one had said to either my husband or myself!! At the end, we told the hosts we would load our car with presents and then pay out and as my Husband was walking to our car, the manager had the security follow my husband out bc the Staff accused my husband of "leaving without paying"! It was so embarrassing!!!!! ALL OF OUR GUESTS WERE STILL THERE!!! Never in our lives have we been so embarrassed! And as we tried talking to the manager she was very one sided, didnt want to admit they were wrong and told my husband he was never allowed in the store again!!!! It was such a horrible way to remember our sons first birthday! -one disappointed (and once a frequent customer) mom!

If I could give a 0 I would. Im so disappointed with my experience here. I am a HUGE fan of pizza and my favorite place to go for pizza is Peter pipers pizza but I will no longer be coming to this location. To start off arianna at the register was very rude and unfriendly. Then our pizza came out wrong, they remade another pizza took forever to get it out then had the order wrong again so I asked to speak to the manager whos name was Casey and all he said asked is if I wanted a refund. No apology and wasnt very accommodating at all. As I left Arianna yelled out "bye thank you" sarcastically and that was just the icing on top of this horrible experience. I dont know who is in charge of this Peter pipers but they need all new staff or they will be loosing a lot of business.

Ordered a pizza to have ready by 3, get there wait in line by the time I get to the front of the line to pick up the pizza they say its not ready. Now its 3:15 they are ringing me up. Not too happy with the pizza not being ready on time and me having to run late from work, when you order online you would expect your food to be ready on time. I am not the only one that has had problems with this location. Other coworkers have either received the wrong order and had to leave or they just dont have a good experience. &&& They didnt have any Caesar salads. The manager and the workers were just rude about the whole situation and not understanding at all with the reason I was frustrated. I and other coworkers will no longer be ordering from this location.

Im from El Paso, Texas. Came to San Antonio to visit. Brought my kids to have a great time and eat some delicious pizza and wings. Got my order and my 20 piece wings. When i bit on the wings they were really cold and had a funny taste to them. Didnt eat them. Went back to exchange them, gave me another order. Started eating those wings and those wings were not hot, they were warm. So just gave up and didnt eat the wings. Dont trust cold chicken.

I visit this place for the first time and it will be my last time. I ordered cheese pizza for my kiddos at first I find burned slice of onion on the top then I find a piece of pepperoni underneath that make me think if it was a roach on the pizza no one will see it and serve it to customers as it is. Tbh I dont usually write reviews but I felt bad for my kids after they ate the pizza. I dont know how clean their kitchen was

This place is the best family environment you can bring your kids. Staff is very welcoming, helpful, pleasing and fru endly. The buffet always has a variety of pizzas to choose from and if they dont have what you want on the line that gladk t will make one to your liking. The restaurant is always clean inside and out. It is the best Pizza place in town. I love their breadsticks too!

Decent pizza lots of games definitely a lot of fun for kids we take our family quite frequently. Just dont ever book a birthday party there, its a ton of money for only an hour and a half block and even if your server is late setting your up, late serving you, messed something up or anything like that you dont get any of your time back much less your money.

I love their pizza it is the best in Texas in my opinion. I love stopping by during the lunch buffet. My only complaint that if you stop by on the weekend, it will be overrun by birthday parties (yes I do understand that Peter Piper for that). So the only thing I would say is to avoid this place on the weekends unless youre attending a birthday party there.

How does it make sense for these people to tell me to move my table back because they need to have a path way to go thru?? Go where Thru the window?? Customer satisfaction is for sure the priority for this manager... thanks for ruined family dinner ...
