I walked into this location and no other customers were in the store. No one greeted me, not even the manager who was sitting at a table. I stood at the counter for 30 seconds then stood by the door and still no one greeted me or asked if they could help me. I finally stated that I had been in the store for a 60 seconds and no one ever helped me or greeted me. The manager then said "huh". He is not a professional at all. I then drove to the Forum location and was immediately greeted. They even said thank you for coming in today!

The employees refused to serve a flavor that was a featured flavor for the summer despite the fact that they had some in the back freezer. They said that another flavor had to run out first. Well, we watched as a flavor ran out and they replaced it with...some other random kind of ice cream even though we had just finished asking for Cotton Candy. Customer service could really use some work.

Ive taken my kids in here several times and they enjoy the ice cream. The employees have been very patient with them while they make a decision and even when they change their minds. My sons ice cream tumbled off the cone once and they replaced it immediately. Thats certainly appreciated.

Great ice cream as usually, but very stressful experience. 3 employees each of which looked and acted like they were not trained with customer service skills but as well very disorganized. They kept looking at the line forming not taking care of the customer in front of them.

Prices seem high, but thats how ice cream shops are. I am addicted to "Icing on the Cake", so I am split that they dont always have it because I want it, but I dont think that it would be good for me if they did.

Manager has implemented new policy to weigh hand-packed pints so instead of a full, tightly "hand-packed" container, you pay the pint price for about three scoops of ice cream. What on earth?

The employees were kind and gave me what I wanted quick. They dont waste your time which is good. I enjoyed going Baskin-Robbins its a good place to go with family.
