We drove across town to get ice cream before our movie, we got there at 10:40 and when we walked up to the door is was locked indicating it was closed 20 minutes early and when we tried to catch the attention of the employees to asked if it were closed, we were ignored even though the website showed it was open till 11 at night.

I drove all the way across town because this is the only location nearby that stays open until 11 and when I arrived at 1030 the door was locked and they refused to let me in, rudely claiming that they were closed when their open sign was on and their website said 11. Very disappointed.

Just visited with my daughter and nephews and our experience was excellent! The night shift was fun, pleasant and overall by far this has been my favorite baskin robbins location! Of course the sundaes were excellent but so is the team! Kuddos!

The website says they close at 11 at the Walzem location. I am here now at 10:15, and the doors are locked and no-one will even answer the phone! They dont even have business hours posted on the door.
