My daughter has peanut and tree nuts allergies. She asked for a clean scoop and all the guy did was get a scoop thats in the same rinse container and rinsed it out with water. Normally these will be done by getting a clean scooper and scoop out from a new batch or unused batch in the back not from the same batch thats potentially been cross-contaminated. We always carry our childs emergency packs just in case. These folks need some extra training with focus on proper precautions for customer with certain allergies. Theres only a couple of places Ive seen that actually practice such precautions and none of it were ever BR locations.

This was a pleasant surprise, I didnt even know the store was here because the sign had changed from what I remember and it is in a strip center and not a free standing building. Still the great ice cream I remember as a child but some of the flavors I remember have been replaced with new ones.

Amazing! If you come to the new braunfels location make sure you ask for Sherry!! She really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the absolute best. Love this place, I come here because of her.
