Dont expect to receive your free birthday scoop of ice cream if your birthday falls on the 31st. The ice cream nazi (Lauren) will refuse to serve even a toddler (which she did) their birthday scoop. You cant give a free scoop, even with the coupon that says FREE, because the ice cream is already discounted?!?! Makes no sense. Also to the owner of this particular location...It may be time to retrain your employees on important things like maybe manners and where to find the corporate phone numbers. Some how after the 4th time of me asking for the corporate number, she said she could go look it up in the back.

Our family likes to go get ice cream after dinner, every time we go to this location it is covered with sticky leftovers from the floor to the tables... better off getting it Togo!
