For a store that has not even been open a year you would think they would have figured out the busy times and have enough staff for the store instead of having one employee working the line and the window while the only other employee works the lobby and the back lines! I left after 15 mins of no service because the poor woman was so busy with the drive-through. I expect this from dairy queen or even McDonalds but not Baskin-Robbins...

Place totally sucks,Ive been trying to give them the benefit of doubt that they could get it together but guess not!! The management is rude and they are always going to argue with you when you try to explaine something. Wont be back every again,plus last week i got old cream or bad coffee called to tell them about that and they could care less. Save your time go to a mama and papa shop for donuts and get coffee elsewhere!!!

Have been to this store twice. First time out of rocky road icecream. Second time at 7:30 pm. Out of rocky road icecream again and out of waffle cones also. Ask how run out so early and personal on head set said" if you want that you need to get here earlier ". Very rude and will not ever return and will let my squadron know how we were treated.

They never have waffle cones! We asked if they can make us some and they refuse and said mid-Shift is in charge of that! The staff is very rude. They have all this young kids working, they make fun of theirs customers and joking around all the time! Never come here again!

You can be in and out quickly, with doughnuts and ice cream. They have a good selection of ice creams and specialty doughnuts, plus the service is always friendly!

Staff is rude, hot fudge was cold, hard, and crusty, not hot or even warm. Stood at register waiting to be checked out while staff conversed in the corner.
