Food is decent but it is definitely expensive. Had a bad experience here awhile ago. I arrived about 15 minutes before their closing time and as I walked up the woman working there locked the door and was extremely rude. I completely understand you want to go home but the way you talked to me was very unnecessary. I didnt argue but took my business elsewhere. I havent been back since. I hope the manager knows about the employee that did this and has addressed the situation. Perhaps in the future I would return for their Pineapple Shake.

You can compare any sandwich they offer to any other sandwich shop and they will always come out far, far ahead. Not to mention, even if the food werent really great and really good for you, the franchise owners, Lisa and Paul, are some of the nicest and most inviting people youll ever meet. I really love coming here, and I eat here probably about 3 or 4 times a week. If youve never been, you owe it to yourself to at least try it out! OMG SO GOOD

had the worst experience ever!!! they messed up my order gave me a soggy sandwhich and with huge chunks of tomatoes. The manager/owner, Paul, told me straight out that they messed up 3 other orders that day, talk about customer service. I am just sticking to subway way cheaper and you get to see what they put in your sandwhich...eat fresh!! Thank you for ruining my lunch for the day.

If you want a coldwhich make sure you tell them. They toast all the sandwiches by default now. And when I brought it to their attention I didnt want my sandwich toasted they didnt offer to make a new one, it was a basic turkey sandwich, they just pointed at the sign "all sandwiches are toasted now and didnt offer any form of apology.

Foods great but the owners need to have more staff on at 12:15pm for the lunch rush. Waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken & there were 5 people in line waiting. 25 minutes for a carry out order is crazy @ lunch. Poor employees, they were overworked & you could tell. 1 more person on the line would help.

Lots of choices, I like to order by checking all of the options I want on my sandwich instead of telling the cashier. Their large sandwich is very large. In the Plaza with HEB and it is kind of hard to get in and out of during busy times of the day.

Ive been there probably a dozen times in the past couple of months since I first figured out they were there, and everytime Ive gotten a different sandwich, and never dissappointed! Quite the opposite! Absolutely delicious...I highly recommend it.

First time here, sandwich was freshly prepared. They sizzled up the bacon for my BLT to a perfect crisp, and served a felicity sandwich. I wasnt expecting much, but I this has become my future sandwich place.

Cold sandwiches arent terrible. Ordered a philly and it was disgusting, the meat was like rubber. Do not order a philly from here. It was just over microwaved roast beef.
