Good food, not much better than subway. Order was correct, last time it wasnt. Establishment was clean. But it took way too long to order and get our food both this time and last. There were four or five workers just standing there doing nothing while one person, who wasnt very efficient, took orders at the two cash register system. There were about eight people in line behind me, just standing there in line waiting. One walked out after seeing the line and waiting for a few minutes, just to see it didnt move. I would have done the same if I wasnt already in the middle of the line. There could definitely be a more efficient system put in place. I will not return if looking for a quick sandwhich. Also $20 for a small and medium combo?

This location is listed as closing at 9:00pm, however when we arrived at 8:50 this evening we found the doors locked. The staff refused to make eye contact. A minute (8:51pm) later the only customer inside left and the lights were turned off. My phone date and time stamps pictures, so I have included them. Prior to this encounter this was my favorite fast food location. However, since this occurred I have tried repeatedly to contact their feedback page and got an error message. When calling their customer service hotline, a message instructed to leave a message, which then changes voices, thanks the listener for using the automated system and hangs up. I am unable to access their technical support email because of the embedded link.

Soooo wish I could rate higher! The people there are amazing! The food, beyond amazing! I would honestly eat there all the time but twice a week for now will have to do. If you havent tried firehouse subs, do yourself a favor and check them out! I dont think youd be disappointed at all.

Like their food but will not order through UberEATS again. Being disabled I rely on a lot of delivery. But when I cant get my full order and then am told that Id have to contact UberEATS to rectify the problem instead of owning up to the mess up I am done.

Wondeful, gets orders wrong but rarely. Normally not very crowded. Good food and well priced. Also the area around it is fairly crowded so makes parking slightly harder.
