Im disliking them based on the service I was provided today 02/24/16! Their pizza is the best Ive ever had and being that my wife is a New Yorker she says its the closest she can get to New York pizza. But today after being a fairly new customer (this was our 3rd time ordering from them in the last month) their service was horrible and the pizza was delivered to us cold! My wife placed an order via grub hub and on the app it gives you the option to choose left or right for toppings (not like either side matters) but she went ahead click the top link left side...she choose two toppings for the left side and then left the other side cheese for the kids. Well when we received our order, one side was one topping and the other side the second requested topping! She called the location and instead of apologizing she was told that was what she ordered and that they can give us another pizza but well have to wait another hour..its a school night and we refused to eat after 7pm due to the fact that our kids go to bed at 8pm! What really got me was the fact that the gentleman on the phone went straight to blaming my wife (the customer) instead of just apologizing for the mistake and the inconvenience! But with no rude attitude my wife stated to him "You know what... Thank you for your time but it looks like we will not be ordering from yall again!" The sucky part is that they got to keep our money and the driver got to keep our tip! My wife was literally considering them to cater for our sons birthday party next month and now thats not going to happen! If they can easily mess up our order then how well would they do on delivering 3 giant pizzas for a party! 03/09/2016 Update to original review: Ive been meaning to edit my review for a week or two now but I didnt have the time to do so... After I posted my last review, my wife received a call from Rami (the owner) a day or two later. From what I could hear (she had him on speaker so that I could hear) he was very kind and very apologetic about the services weve received a few nights prior and he also stated how much he values her as a customer... With that said he explained why the order came in wrong and how hes made every attempt via Grub Hub to have it fixed but they are also still waiting on Grub Hub to get it straightened out. Overall, he apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a one time credit to our account with them so that the next pizza order we place will be free of charge minus the delivery fee etc etc...basically were back to being happy customers again lol... I think from now on well just order via their website or call in!

Rami, Rami, Bo Bami . . .. Have been to a couple of cozy pizza places lately and this certainly is one of them. The small tabled area is a left facing "L" with the counter and kitchen to the left as you walk in. No fountain drinks. Just a stand up cooler filled with soda and a sign on the side that says "BYOB". Interesting!! So we just got a big ole 2 liter coke for $3 with some glasses of ice. It actually works out nicely for a couple of Coke guzzlers like us. Shared a dinner salad while we waited for the pizza which was fresh lettuce, tomato, black olive and cheese shreds. A very tame salad, but just fine for a few healthy greens before the onslaught of a carb and protein overload. The restaurant has occupied this location for 2 years alongside a laundromat and a gas station / convenience store. The owner spends his time running back and forth all day between this location and the one he has had for 15 years on Perrin Beitel. So I would say the swami of this Rami is one busy salami. (Sorry . . . had to do it!) To go with the big ole two liter we just had to order a big ole pizza. No. Not the 28" monster they offer, but an XL with extra cheese and all the meats. Carnivores come hither. . . canadian bacon, pepperoni, great garlicky italian sausage, hamburger, and bacon. Spread to the edge of this thin crust pie, the stringy cheese and meats coalesced with the sauce in perfect culinary symmetry. The sauce was not the usual sweetish Ragu-like tomatoey mess either, but rather more like an Italian gravy that would go perfectly on a lasagna or ravioli. And maybe it does as those items are on the packed little menu. The crust was a little soggy from all the toppings but it turned out to be some pretty decent pizza. Better than a couple of places here in town that always seem to be highly touted. But, to each his own. For some pizza pie that is certainly umami, you could do much worse than eat at Ramis -Burma Shave- And they have coupons and lunch specials too!

Horribly disappointed, I have been going to this restaurant for over 3yrs and was let down today. I order the Gyro and fries for delivery, i always get fresh seasoned fries that fill up half of the togo box. And today i got a half order, from what i normaly get, soggy over greased unseasoned fries. I called the manager to try and get my money back and offered to get the food back and he flat out told me there was nothing wrong with the order that he wasnt goin to have his driver come back and take the.food.and refund me my.money, all he offered was an extra order of fries my next order, almost $20 of food down the drain. Very disappointed and lost a customer tonight.

Arrived with two friends and I, and we all got water cups, and they all had a piece of cheese or something in it. But when I complained he was nice enough to just give us 3 water bottles from the fridge! Good service there. The wait on the food wasnt too bad considering we got two pizzas and 10 wings. But man, that pizza was delicious! We got a pepperoni and chicken pizza, and a Hawaiian pizza, both of which just tasted fresh and well cooked. Very good pizza, and an even better price. 5 stars for the food, but I have to give it 4 because the water cup problem was gross and had to ask for new waters like 3 times. Other than that, come try this place out!

Pizza is always good which is obviously most important. However the people who work the phones are rude and unprofessional. The service used to place an online order for delivery sent my order to the wrong store and led to an incredibly rude phone call from said store, who seemed irritated at having to send the order to the correct location and was bent on laying the blame on me. Confusing as the issue was minor and easily corrected and did not require anyone to take blame for the screwup. I wont be ordering from here for awhile at least until they hire new staff.

This place is sooo good! Me and my bf are sick and felt like ordering delivery and trying a bunch of new things. We shared one of their subs the ham and cheese which was delicious and we shared a chicken ranch salad which was also good ! He had the mozerella sticks and said they were awesome and loved the marinara . Definitely ordering from here again next time we feel like pigging out again and ordering delivery , did I mention the delivery was super fast?! I had no issues!! 5 stars :)
