Went there for lunch, and the waitress said that when the manager bought the sodas, they were already past the expiration date -- not exactly a comforting start to our meal, considering canned Diet Doctor Pepper has a shelf life of 3 months, according to the website. Oh yeah, its a "canned drink" place and not a "fountain drink" place too, which might be important to frugal customers. The waiter/waitress (both very likely other college students) visited the tables in seemingly set intervals, but these were too infrequent to be considered good service -- the staff, though polite and accommodating, would disappear into the kitchen and not reappear until making rounds, meaning you had to get up to ask for anything in between. Otherwise, the food was good -- I liked the combination fried rice (photo uploaded), and the Pho was served nice and hot. Id eat there again, simply because of the food and its convenient location so close to the college.

I ate here twice, both times were unsatisfactory. The first time I went with coworkers and a lady I work with requested her dish without peanuts and warned them she was allergic (she wasnt, just really didnt want peanuts) and they put peanuts in her dish anyway. If she was truly allergic she would have had to go to the hospital. I ordered the pork potstickers which werent bad, but definitely not good. I was foolish enough to give them a second chance. The second time I went with my lady friend and we ordered a bubble tea, which the waiter came back and asked if we were sure we wanted it, and I confirmed and said we really did want it. It never came. I ordered the sesame chicken thinking you cant really make a bad dish out of sesame chicken. I was very wrong, I will never eat here again. Poor service, unsatisfactory food.

This used to be one of my favorite pan asian restaurants . Recently, I was craving their clay pot vegetarian fish bahn mi sandwich. The customer service wasnt bad but the person who helped me was cussing up a storm while talking to me. I ordered to go. When i opened my sandwich it wasnt the sandwich that i ordered. I would have eaten the sandwich had it not been ice cold. I went back to get my money and didnt bother asking for the sandwich i had originally wanted.I dont know what happened to this place but just be cautious when you go. Bad vibes.

Just received very bad service here. Both neon signs on the exterior were on and open. I went inside despite the hours listed were till 8pm. It was 8:20. I go inside to let them know the signs were. The server said they were closed. I said I came in to let you know the signs outside are on. He said well, there are people sitting there so... I left. So rude. Unnecessary. Ive been going there for years. And now Im at YaYas on McCullough down the street with better food, hours, and customer service. Ill never done at Pho Sure again.

Check your order!!! This was my first visit and impression. There was definitely a sense of being rushed. My order was for pickup and thought I was the only customer there at the time the mere fact that I asked for additional sauces seemed to frustrate the host/cashier. She assured me they were included in the bundle of orders for me. And of course upon returning to my guess there were none.... NOT ONE. So sad! And disappointed guest. Thinking next time Ill drive the extra mile.

This is My husbands favorite little spot to get delicious food. My husband loves the lemon grass beef with noodles. The flavor is amazing! You have to try anything with Lemongrass! So yummy, the meat is crisped perfectly! You will not be disappointed with their pho! I love their Tofu Pho in regular broth! I strongly recommend their iced coffe, a jolt for your taste buds! Very satisfying Vietnamese. Their staff is always so attentive and very nice!

Whoa, this place was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I had the Chicken Pho and the Coconut Bubble Tea. The chicken pho was just beyond delicious! My husband had the meatball pho, which they actually make from scratch themselves. The flavors were so rich , complex, and in perfect amounts. The server was so sweet and nice. The Owner even showed us the proper way to eat pho and explained how to mix the dipping sauce. Were definitely going to come back!

Just tried Pho Sure for the first time after passing by there for almost 2 years. I have to say it was awesome, priced fair and I feel like a fatso after eating there. My wife and I loved the food, I had beef pad thai and she had the chicken pho soup and both were amazing. The parking needs to be expanded but oh well, I didnt go to eat a parking spot. Definitely going again soon for another round.

Arrived at the location about 1115am. Me and Co-worker order the Meatball Pho. Waiter returns and asks if we can split the meatballs and add another meat as they were out of meatballs. The waiter then asks if we can share the vegetables because they are waiting for their delivery of vegetables. The noodle serving was ridiculously small. I would not return.

Coming from Seattle to San Antonio, pho was a big food item we missed, but not anymore. There was an attentive staff and varied menu with all the classic items we missed made just like we remember. Manager was awesome and checked throughout the dining room answering questions from the guests and helping acquaint people to the food if they were unfamiliar.

Specifically requested no cilantro due to food allergy, but pho soup came with cilantro anyway. Excuse? Chef doesnt understand English. They insisted on being paid even though the food would have made me ill, and when I complained it was a ripoff, the manager banned me from the restaurant... as if I might ever have gone back anyway?

I have been visiting for over a decade. I appreciate the laid back service and atmosphere. You wont get the hussle and bussle of a staff quickly serving and rushing you out. Staff is very kind and helpful. I have dietary restrictions and theyre helpful in coming up with off the menu alternatives. Great food, staff and atmosphere.

Great little hidden spot right off San pedro Park. Not alot of parking so i usually roll up on my bike. The pho is excellent and its a huge portion. The service was really good and the girl that helped me was great at explaining any menu items i wasnt sure about. I will definitely hit this place up again. Thanks guys

Went primarily for the Boba tea. Ordered that plus pho and fried tofu. The boba teas were nothing more than iced tea syrup with sugary syrup and tapioca. It wasnt blended and tasted more like iced sugar water syrup. Im hoping the pho and tofu are better. Im sorry but I had to unstar this one from my favorites.

I had lunch at Pho Sure yesterday. My roommate and I received excellent service, the food came out quickly, and was delicious. The wait staff were attentive and genuinely polite. I was visiting from Austin and we make sure to stop here again next time Im in San Antonio. Keep up the good work!

This is not the greatest. I think I had it a few years ago and I really liked it, now it tastes like someone new is making it. Maybe they changed management. I dont think it is worth going to unless you dont want to go far. It may be worth it if you dont have pho often.
