Its Saturday around 9pm. Place says closes at 11pm. So figured we would visit MK Davis and as we drove up noticed alot of people waiting outside the place. So we called asked if there was a wait was asked for how many people? I said two. They said no wait for two. But for large groups yes theres a wait. I said ok Ill park and come in. I come in and were waiting then host asked for how many we say two. She says come with me and takes us to an area by the bar with crowded seating and then she suddenly stops and says oh its going to be a moment I thought these tables were ready. I glance and see they hadnt been cleaned or bussed. She didnt ask is this area ok? and by looks of where the table was located I knew that we were not going to enjoy a meal on this very narrow isle. On a very tiny table? At this point Id had enough. Instead of waiting... we walked out. If its that busy I can only imagine how long or how horrible my service is going to be. No thank you. I usually order to go so in the future I think this will be my best route, food is always excellent! One suggestion is that if youre ordering lunch special is that you order ahead because they do run out of their lunch special.

Short wait, expected the same ole same ole tasting food as other places with good reviews, so I was amazed at how delicious the chicken fried steak I ordered was! The cream gravy was beyond delicious. B-U-T my waitress sucked! I attributed it to the place being packed, but she forgot to place my order, forgot other requests, and getting her attention was ridiculous. After my initial dine in visit, I decided to try take out a few times. My very first take out order was wrong, so when I called back they just wouldnt accept responsibility (they insisted I ordered it that way). The next time during take out something else negative happened, the 3rd time was my last & final time dealing with this restaurant. I will not return, (even tho I loved the chicken fried steak). The 1st shift manager isnt very personable (compared to the night manager Ive dealt with. Too bad their service doesnt match their food.

The fried fish here is delicious! There was a bit of a wait but it wasnt that long. My only complaint is that they seem to think they need an intercom to announce when someones table is ready and it seriously took my mood from upbeat to really pissed off. They sat us at a table right under a speaker. At first, I tried not to let it bother me but it was SO LOUD and kept interrupting our conversation so much, I ended up leaving with a headache. Your waiting line isnt that long, most people are waiting outside in the sitting area. There is no reason for an intercom. It completely takes away from the otherwise perfect atmosphere you have going on. The importance of the intercom does not outway the importance your customers having an enjoyable time. Please come up with a better way to let people know their table is ready. I would happily make this a 5 star review!

Sat us down at small table in bar traffic. I adked to move to another bigger table. All wait staff said no to me moving or ask woman at the mic. She told me ti move if i want too. The table next to us was available but when i returned a family got the table. So... as soon as they got rhere they got helped with drinks and menus anf we didnt have a dam thing to drink or a menu. We waited about 5 more min and left. MK davis ruined my dinner with my wife. Thanks. Its uncomfortable and crowded rhw bar is filled with children sitting there. While other adult patrons stand and wait. This is a horrible place to go to if you want to spend time with anyone important to you. Total disaster. Freds fishfry would have been a better choice.

We had heard wonderful things about this restaurant, what a sham. After waiting 45 minutes, we were seated next to a post that took one side of the table. There were five in our party. We asked the hostess to be seated in what looked to be a party room. She said no. We thought the food must be GREAT. To our amazement we watched as other families were seated in the party room. We asked another waitess if a party was going on in the room. She said" no, that is our overflow, for when the restaurant is crowded." We were bumped, crashed into and hit by passerbys. The food was NOT worth the trouble. We will never eat there and we always discourage people from eating there. It was horrible!!!

Disgraceful, to say the least. Honestly I would not recommend everyone to go here. Management, specifically the heavy set manager lady at the counter did not do service to a couple of gentlemen who were harassed by other guests. Finally when it came to climax, she told the people who were harassed to leave! I would suggest anywhere else but here! I hope everyone reads this as I will be going to a news station and reporting this so that EVERYONE KNOWS DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR FAMILY. PERIOD!

you all are STUPID , Mk davis is a good resturant because the workers are real nice and you get your food fast & ontop of that their food is GREAT! greasy ? not at all! if you dont like their food then eat dirt ! or stfu & quit trying to find reasons to put the resturant down. You will enjoy it there! great music great food great people ! great great great (: ♥ & i live FAR from there & i promise you the drive is worth it when you eat there (:

What a dump and talk about bad service! Nickel and dimed for everything from cheese on the tacos or chalupas. Even sour cream was extra! Where Im from this stuff is standard. Way over priced I guess it wouldnt have been if I thru down a couple of those schooner beers. I wont be going back. There are a lot of better choices for the money.

Food is ok not like back in the day no taste ther nachos are now regular bought store chips everything has really changed in MK Davis , the waiting staff her name is mary or Maria she is so rude trying to hury you up for a tip or something mean but the Lord always will take care of bad service 150 , food tasting bad

Tonight I had a reservation for a high-end steakhouse. Im so glad I kept to my roots and came here everything was amazing and is definitely one of the bigger highlights of my vacation. The chicken fried steak was devine and paired well with my schooner of Corona light I cant wait to come back on my next vacation.

Group of 12, told us 1hr wait, ok. 1hr1/2 passes, then tell us few more minutes,but another hr passes. Finally get seated after 2 1/2 hrs only to wait another hour to get served. I got the fish and shrimp combo, fish was bland cold fries, shrimp was alright nothing special. First and last time going to this place.
