Last night was my third visit to Ojos. Well are waitress was nice and the better of the bunch but as a whole management has failed. We wanted to do a toast and did not get drinks all at once. When I checked to see what the issue was, it was clean on many level this place has no training on customer service, leadership, or just basic knowledge on ringing in an order and firing together so their isnt a 2minute gap between orders. This is important for many reasons, and your slow bartenders dont help. It was a full house and I saw a girl yawn. Absolutely no sense of urgency. I could go on and on. What is mostly so sad to me is when I tried to help the waitress and suggest a option for next time it became so clear that the concept of customers are first was lost. Bartenders still think that they are gods who can pick on the lil server girls because they were picked on so its an ongoing cycle. If any employees read this I only hope you realize one day that yall are barely scratching the surface on the money you can make. Im completely serious when I say I love this business and have been in every area of it. If any of yall ever want advice or training to help make $$$$$$ you can find me at MOMMA JEANS KITCHEN located at 8545 U.S. Hwy 281S just north of the Guadalupe River.

This is a great sports bar,the food is delicious,they have great Mexican food,Latino food and American food,the food is delicious,the beer is great,the atmosphere is so much fun,the sports games shown are awesome,the women that work there are the most beautiful women in the world,this is the most fun place in Texas,this a wonderful place to watch the big sport events,they got it all and they got the most delicious best food on the west coast,this a fun place for single young people and for families aswell,parents and children can go there to watch the big sports games and the whole family can go there and have fun,it has an awesome atmosphere,I highly recommend this place,it has something for everyone

The $3.50 cup of Tortilla soup is the steal of the city. Great tacos but a little on the small side. Sports bars tend to be populated by large hungry men and in my opinion the last thing they want to see is food served in small portions. The barbacoa is incredible. Kind of mix of roast beef with amazing flavor. They make a Blue-Ribbon salsa. I believe that the man who runs the kitchen is from Mexico. Great choice of beer on tap including my favorite Victoria which is dressed up on request. plenty of tvs to watch any game you want. Everyone in bar is realy cool, laidback, and make you feel like an old freind. Very freidley staff.

The service was slow had to wait 30mins for a drink and the waitress are also sitting down with other customs that arent buying drinks , the wait staff is very rude ...It seems like they are trying to be all thugs. The atmosphere is worse , having all rap music and gangters all over the place doesnt make it a nice and safe place to be with your just out having fun. From the female manager to the rent-a-cop at the door , just not the best place to be for a good time ...Not to mention the food is always late and when it comes out its all cold need i say more , But so far that was my last time going to this bar and grill .

would give this place a 4.99999 if possible if it werent for one little thing. this place is awesome. has games going, awesome service, badass food, and some pretty cute girls. my ONLY issue is that the beer selection is extremely whack. you got youre majors like bud, coors, dos xx, modelo, corona, etc, but for someone like me, that loves a real real badass IPA with his food, this isnt the place to drink. if you can get passed that, this may be your spot. i would love to come back and watch some games/fights here, but doubt that i will, just cause of that tiny issue, unless they get some more beer selections

I have never had a bad experience here. Yeah it may be packed on the weekends but I have always found a seat and I have always received great service from the waitresses or bartenders. The bartenders make this place awesome. They talk and interact with other guests and because of that sometimes it takes a little longer to order, but its their job. But after a while, they will greet you as you walk in and have your drink waiting for you by the time you sit down. I refuse to go anywhere else because of how well I was treated here.

Not the place for ladies. A friend & I went for lunch. 3 waitresses were at the door. After seeing us, 2 walked away & we had to wait for the 3rd to acknowledge us. We finally got seated, without a friendly greeting and sat there for 8 minutes and never received service. So we left. We did not realize we were walking into the tacky version of Hooters. Our money was better spent elsewhere. Since we work so close, Ill be sure to share our less-than customer-friendly experience with co-workers to save their precious time.

Rudest waitress I have ever had. I tip very well (have worked in the service industry for years). I usually save my tip all for my last drink of the night and paybas I go. My friends were mostly doing the same. The waitress told us to leave because we werent tipping her enough. She called us "broke asses" and told us she wasnt "serving [us] another drink" unless we forked over some cash. Unbelievable. Im never going back.

Why did I get the only server with stretch marks. You come to places like this for attractive wait staff, and while her face was gorgeous, why would you let a woman with stretch marks run around at a place that requires exposed midrift. She was new too on top of that which was still apparent...Ill just stick with twin peaks. Thats Christine or whatever your name is, but no thanks.

Have been here on various occasions and the result is the same, neglected service, incompetent management, and overpriced skimpy food. Was told this was the place to watch soccer games but did not even have the Premier League. Will definitely be sticking to The Lion & Rose, much better atmosphere, service, and food quality.

Staff is always attentive. Like any other place if you tip well then your service will reflect that. Management takes care of their regulars. Great place for UFC fights. Reasonably priced door cover during fights. Waitresses look phenomenal. If i could rate more than 5 stars I would. Yucatan burger is delicious.

Eh. Its ok. It can be hit or miss depending in the day and the staff. Waitresses spend lots of time sitting and talking at another table and not taking your order. The usual problem is how long you wait before they come to greet you and take the first order. If its more than 5 min I leave and go to twin peaks.

I had a beer and sonething to eat. Well. I paid my bill i was going to get my change back. It took forever for me to get it back and i ask my server wears my change. The girl said i thought it was my tip. I just told her. Did i tell you to keep it. No. I never went back. Its not a good place. It sucks.
