The place is really warm and the atmosphere was amazing, it seemed like a good place to have brunch, it was my first time being there and my last. When it was time to receive my food it took forever, there was a young man in training making my sandwich while the manager was talking to a friend completely ignoring the poor guy making our food, I work in customer service and I have been a manager, this man just didn’t care about the customers or the fact that he is a manager setting the example, if I was the owner of this place I would reconsider the employment of that guy, there was no people waiting in line before us and it took more than 15 minutes to get our food, but the worse came when I got home (because the order was to go), I supposed to get The Earl’s Club which comes with meat cheese and veggies, well there was no veggies in my sandwich, it was frustrating, I couldn’t enjoy it at all because it was not what I wanted. I think I will stick with Schlotzsky’s, they have better service no matter the location and the sandwiches are always amazing.

Management, where are you? I have been to this location 3 times in the last month. 2 out of 3 were great experiences but today @ 4:45 pm....you had 2 of your worst employees working. When I go to eat somewhere I dont want to see your cashiers ass hanging out of his pants or have him roll his eyes when I hand him a company coupon. The coupon came w/2 sandwiches which I could not eat so I ordered one to go. I get a to go bag with both sandwiches. Poor customer service from a place I quickly came. to expect great food & customer service. It only takes 1 time to tarnish your reputation!!

Took a long drive just to try out these infamous sandwiches and was not disappointed! The Italian sandwich stimulates your senses! Looked great, smelled great and the flavors were so good! My family was pleased with their holiday turkey, Hawaiian BBQ and pizza. Ive had better baked macaroni but will try other side items next time.

Sign says open at 10. Showed up at 10:45, doors were locked I looked in the window, staff looked back at me..no sign they were opening the door, no one came to open/unlock the door. I double checked the hours and noticed their OPEN sign was on and flashing. Ill give my $$ to another place then. Went to another establishment.

Food is good -- however if you order for pick up be prepared. No napkins, and order not complete. It is not just that they do not put all the order in the bag but expect you to back up through a line of customers to complete it. I order ahead wanting to pick up my whole order not to server myself.

I eat Earl of Sandwich all the time and the food doesnt disappoint. They even let you switch & swap ingredients. The customer service does disappoint sometimes, but since its limited interaction I just ignore it.

The Earl of Sandwich is rarely busy, and for the life of me, I can not figure out why. The sandwiches are some of the best which I have ever had from a chain; really good stuff!

Good atmosphere, not a bad place to eat-in. Disappointingly, the portions are not as big as Id like, but the quality of the food makes up for the smaller sandwich sizes.
