Crazy bad service, super unprofessional, the food was cold and the wings where raw and bloody. I was waiting patiently and waited for an hour to get my food. "give them a brake its a Friday night right!" Well I went to get my money back and the manager look like she didnt know what she was doing as did the employees. I gave them way to many chances thinking its cool they are having an off day but every time I go there is always something wrong. Most of the employees and especially the manager were rude and very inconsiderate. No more Devine pizza hut EVER!

I recently ordered boneless wings for delivery and it took almost twice the quoted time of 40 minutes to arrive. They seemed really busy so Ill forgive that. However, the day after I ordered boneless wings and a honey bbq sandwich. 27 short minutes later, the wings and waffle fries arrived at my door. The sandwich was completely mia, one hour and 3 phone calls later, I have had no contact from the store manager. and I have no idea where my sandwich is.

They cant deliver 5 miles away? I live on the same street 7 minute drive during school hours. They tried saying I live past Big Foot so I think their system is broken. The girl on the phone said shed change it to pick-up, but then when I got there I had to remind them to remove my delivery charge. Then as I was leaving with the food, the guy in the back is like, "Oh he didnt tip". Well of course I didnt tip! You didnt make the delivery.

No ranch dressing? What moron is in charge of ordering food here? Salad? No Ranch dressing. Wings? Nope. Que papas...nope. My son ordered a personal pizza. 20 minutes after part of the order arrived, I had to ask where his pizza was...they still hadnt even started making it!!!! I was the one that dragged my family here. Guess who gets nothing to eat. Never again. Good bye Pizza Hut. Guess everyone out pizzas the hut now.

Absolutely horrid pizza. Ordered hand tossed and got the equivalent of thin crust. No marinara on the whole pizza. Its happened a few times but I assumed they just made a mistake. This seems to be the common practice. The only reason it got 1 star is because it was on time. Would have had much better pizza by cooking a frozen one from Wal-Mart

Lets go down the list shall we: 1. Took over 30 mins to get drinks. Only because my dad asked. 2. Most of the employees stand around, talking, and not coming by to see if you need anything. 3. Didnt remember what we ordered and still didnt bring out the right pizza and forgot my mothers soup. Never again will I come here!

Came to have the buffet, asked them to make a supreme for the buffet and was told they no longer take requests, they just put out what they put out... Ok well not everyone is a meat lover kind of person, can they put something out with some freaking vegetables on it???!!! This place sucks

This was the worst experience ever at a pizza hut I have ever had. I ordered a supreme and all that was on it was hamburger and mushrooms, and 1 price of bell pepper. It was so disgusting that I through it away. I would never eat here ever again. This is the nastiest pizza hut ever

Worst service ever, not only is it slow, they didnt know our order. We paid over $40 & they didnt give us marinara sauce for our bread sticks. They dont greet you, or say thank you!!! Little Cesars it is from here on out! On another note, the 5 star rating have to be fake!

Pizzas from this Pizza Hut are usually good, however, not so much today. There was almost no sauce or toppings on my Supreme Hand-tossed pizza. Although this was a $10 special, I expected it to be the normal Supreme pizza. Very disappointing.
