Worst experience EVER at a wild wings. Waitress was not attentive. We called a manager over whom assured us all was under control and brought us napkins and silverware that we waited 5 mins for after food arrived. He never apologized one time. Then waitress took quite a while to even come back over to check on us and seemed annoyed. After waiting about 20 mins to have our ticket brought to us we had to go up to the front to pay our ticket. Waited 5 mins for anyone to even talk to us up there, which happened to be another manager....that again didnt even apologize...instead he ran around looking for our waitress to get the ticket. Finally when the waitress came up to check us out and split our tickets, she charged the wrong cards for the wrong amounts and proceeded to tell us "what a mess the kitchen was and they were training and hes the managers burried in the back to help get the kitchen together". Nothing was taken off the bill as a coutesty, just excuse as to why it was so bad. If you go there I would suggest waiting for several months or so until their "training" is complete so you might be able to enjoy the food and service again. PS...note to managers....it is a norm to be apologetic at the very least when customers have concerns and complaints. One other note was the mess in the bathroom. I went to use it and the trashcan was overflowing with paper towels, to the point you had to walk on them or around them to get to the stall. Did not appear to have been cleaned since the several hours prior.

Having been a server I know that there are things that are completely out of a waiters control but what is in their control is service. Tonight I had the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I took my little sister out for a late dinner. Ordered food and when it came out all she wanted and asked for were napkins. She didnt even ask for the carrots and celery that were missing, just napkins. Instead she had a waitress that went and gossiped with her coworkers. I took a bite of my salad and noticed something was off. I cut into the chicken that wasnt easily cut and discovered it was completely raw. When the waitress decided to come back with no napkins she said sorry and took the salad back. Never got checked up on again. I was never brought a receipt. I was just brought a tab to sign. I still tipped 20%. I am sure she judged us as young people that wouldnt tip. Had she treated us with respect she wouldve made a big easy tip. She was rude and while walking past at least 7 servers not one said thank you. We walked in at 930 and the closed at midnight. The floor was covered in trash. I will never be going back. Rant over.

They consistently over serve their guests and they fight. The managers that try and to protect Women from being hit by a man also get fire.I have personally witness a situation where a man was going to hit a women at the bar and no one stepped up to help her but the Manager and the guy swung at him and the Manager tried to protect himself by grabbing the mans fist and calming him down. The manager did not hit him back and still got fired. The General manager Bill Grimes does nothing to protect his guests and or his managers. The UFC fight nights are the worst and the guests of Rockwall are not comfortable with this establishment. Watch for the regulars that sit at the bar all day and never get cut off, some of the guests are mature enough to stop themselves from being intoxicated although most not so much. I feel that are community is in danger of intoxicated drivers driving on our streets and jeopardizing our children. This place is a joke. Overpriced and the bathrooms are a mess. Save your time and money and do not eat here.

They have ungodly amount of TVs but dont go on sunday if your expecting to watch the Texas Ranges on at least one TV. Im a die hard football fan but seriously we cant get the Rangers game on one TV. The, I believe to be so called manager came to my table to inform me that all the TVs have been taken by request. I dought that whom ever requested these football games 3 plus hours ago are still even here. They need to seriously revamp the request structure they have in place. Currently its a power tripping so called manager carrying a clip baord with request hours ago. Trust me when I say this but I believe the reason most people go to this location is for the sports broadcasted on its many TVs. The food is bearable at best. I guess the Texas "Texas" Rangers are not favorable at this location. In closing I would question myself to believe that this is a sports bar/restaurant.

SO let down every time i go here;, Our food took 45 mins. When it came out it was cold. THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME... HEY MANAGEMENT, learn how to train your staff... teach them some GOOD quality customer service... i never leave reviews, but i have been so flabbergasted about how poorly my family and i were treated.. or i should say NOT treated cause we had to ask for our waitress several times. So unprofessional. I think corporate needs a call. ALSO, any person that is a little bit wise would know this the better you treat your customer the more $$$$ you will make. Step it up BWW. When our so called waitress brought our food she didnt even sit it in front of us she sat it in the middle of the table and ran off like she was scared. Couldnt even get a refill of water... geeeez.... People dont go here. Its a piece of crap..

Hands down, this place has the best wings and there good! Me and my brother go here when we have coupons on wings half price which is great! Thier service was good, we tell them how many are going to be and they take us to our seats, which was good. The waitress was nice and ask us our drinks and came back not messing up and ask us what do want to eat. The wings were delicious!! There cooked to perfection!! The french frys are amazing!!! If we were low on our drinks, the waitress ask us for a refil. Good waitress service by the way! The mild sause is good in a way that not too hot but good that you can handle the mild hot. Its always a goodtime going here! And maybe ill buy me a bottle of the mild sause to take home. I definetly would recommend this buffalo wold wings!

If you like receiving attitude from everyone that serves you, then this is a great place to dine at! When server finally greeted us he didnt seem too pleased that we were ready to order. When he brought my beer he forgot the limes that I requested. When the food arrived the young lady just sat everything in the middle of the table without a word. No "how are yall, who got the boneless" nothing! The mild wings were cold and the waiter never came back to check on us ( or bring my limes) until the food and my beer was finished. Being a waitress for 5years I can tell when they are busy and want to provide service. These kids made the visit unwelcoming and I will not be returning.
