Ordered the new, seasonal chicken sandwich. Cut it in half because it is huge and it was raw inside. Took it to the register and she handed it to the cook who stated loudly, "Dude, the chicken came out raw." I asked for my onion rings, which were good and she handed them to me on a plate. No one ever apologized for the mistake nor offered a refund at that time. I went back to the register and asked to be refunded and a man came over and said that was too much trouble. They would have to void the entire ticket and re-ring it. Instead he offered me two $20 gift cards. I wanted a refund but took the gift cards anyway and gave them away since I wont eat there again. When I went back to the register to get a to-go cup for my drink they offered me another chicken sandwich which I declined. No one every apologized or seemed the least bit concerned about serving raw chicken. The appropriate thing would have been for the manager to come to my table, apologize and make things right to my satisfaction. Needless to say I am DONE with Fuddruckers.

Burger are definitely Fuddruckers specialty. They also make a mean chili dog, but chicken is not the strongest item on the menu. Which is too bad because I often get the grilled chicken sandwich, and what you hope would turn out to be a nice plump juicy chicken breast is often overcooked and dry. Thats especially unacceptable when the sandwich cost $7, and you pay $2 extra to add bacon and cheese. A $9 chicken sandwich should be out of this world. But theirs dont even match up to Chick-fil-A at half the price. And when you kick in another $3.79 to add fries and a drink, youre talking real money for a bad sandwich. The service at this location, on a Saturday at lunchtime, left a bit to be desired. The people working there were not smiling or friendly or welcoming. And I guess on one hand thats to be expected when its a little busy, but then again this is the hospitality industry.

They were out of drinks, and ketchup. Out tables were filthy. That manager when asked about why we paid for drinks knowing they had none became rude, and acted like I was bothering him. Then when I tried to get my tomatoes for my burger he told me too move and took tomatoes to full them. I get filling them, but him saying move was ridiculous. This was my worst experience at a fudds every. Dont eat at the Rockwall one

Food seemed fine but was very disappointed that there were plenty of tables to sit but none were clean. There was no line as if they were busy but it was getting close to closing time. I have been to several fuddruckers around Texas and in Florida. None have had a cleanliness problem nor have I ever felt uncomfortable in any except this one.

fantastic burgers and wedge fries. i think folks should take into consideration that this location opened not long ago and still has to work out a few kinks, far as timing and service. For me, it was well worth the wait. Just take one look at the menu online and tell me that you wouldnt wait abit for a 1 lbs. burger lol.

The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is due to the fact the last 3 times Ive been there the floors have been dirty with trash and had sticky spots. Otherwise the food is amazing and my husband and I always enjoy reading whats on the table we sit at. Seriously best burgers and fries in town.

Large format patty (1/2 or 2/3 lb patty) burgers on a bun or gluten free bun with standard fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings. Milk shakes are hand spun vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter, it any combination. There is a small selection of beer available.

Amazing food, perfectly cooked burger, friendly staff, its every thing you could ever want. Theres several TVs mounted around the room playing news and sports. The tables are clean, along with the toppings bar. Theres nothing to complain about here.

Guy cooking the meat did not change his gloves he touched raw meat than handled the buns without changing his gloves I confronted him and the manager on duty named Macala they thought it was funny we wIll see whos laughing when someone gets sick

They have alright burgers dont like their wedge fries much i believe they are ftom frozen they are ok can get pretty pricy if you go crazy with the toppings $$ Per person $= under 10$ $$= 10$-20$ $$$= 20$-30$ $$$$= 30$-40$

One of the best handmade chicken salads Ive every had. The burgers are very good and everyone is very friendly and personable. Hardest working group of cooks Ive seen. This place is always busy but worth the wait.

Ww.were.the only ones in line and the wait time to order was about 10 minutes. I think they are short on staff. Sides for hamburgers were low and some.were completely out. The produce was not very fresh.

The burger was awesome and the fries are basically potato wedges. I like that you can put whatever topping you want on your burger. The burger was cooked perfect, medium well.
