I dont understand how this place runs. This is the second time Ive been here and doubt Ill be coming back. The first time it took 45 mins-hour to get a burger, 2 fried pickles and onion ring. They forgot our onion ring. The girl at the register apologize for the wait. 45 mins for one burger was ridiculous but we figured, new place, new workers. Today after a couple months we went back. My issue now is the same girl cough into her hand and then took my card. Absolute disgusting! Thank God for hand sanitizer. We sat at the one of the 5 tables they have in the tiny place and the table was dirty. Leftover trash and stains. The place was not packed, a small family and 2 other people. The food came out faster this time and we ordered to go. As we grabbed the stuff she apologized for the messy tables and that she havent had time to get to them. Excuse me? I dont want to hear that. If you knew the tables are dirty, dont apologize for it, just do it. I dont know if there is a manager at all but it looks like its ran by a bunch of teenagers. Also doesnt hurt to have a dress code at least. The food is good, just need to clean up the place and increase customer service and training.

The place is new, it open around mid August, so far I had try the Jalapeño Cheese Burger, and is good. there is places that I love because their food and Ill be always faithful to those places, but Im also open to new places, and this place is closer to home, and that burger, specially that burger, is good, great flavor, and clean, of course is a new place and still more to try, but need to give time and a opportunity. please try and be the judge!!!

The burger was really good. Fries were that soft, semi-greasy style that I like. Onion rings were good, just not quite the style that I like. Two negatives though: I bit into a cold part of an onion ring. Where they frozen? Second negative is that the staff was a bit disorganized. Theyve been opened a while, so they should have this down better. But, the food was good.

Fresh taste, very good sizing on burgers and fries as we got three burgers to go. They were quick about taking care of us too. We enjoyed every bite and will be coming back for more. Its a small place so keep in mind if youre trying to eat out. Youll most likely want it to go home with you.

Everything that my family has ordered/eaten from Burger Pop has been absolutely wonderful. All of their burgers are half pound patties. They are fresh and hand formed. Their chili cheese fries are the best. You get quality food and large portion here.

Fries were undercooked, burger was decent but definitely not a 1/2 pound. It was okay pricing but they had a "customer service" charge EVERYTIME you pay with a credit card. I will not be going back.. burger style cafe down the street it is!!!!!

Weve been several times and have had no problems. Everything weve tried has been wonderful. Burgers are fresh and taste great! They have something for the whole family, even our daughter who loves salads!!

Pretty Good Burgers and Fries with a good price . Now the only problem I Have is the condiments on the table are nasty and dirty just clean them up and everything else is good I like this place.

Very unprofessional staff and showed prejudices when customers didnt speak Spanish. Wait time is 30-40 minutes for burger/fries etc. Also same low quality of food at a much higher expense.

Charges .75 cents surcharge for every transaction... Really is this the way they pay their employees...?? Not bad burgers just need to get rid of surcharge...

Walked in a few minutes ago and it smelled so bad! The lady was spraying horrible air freshener and the kitchen looked filthy. WALKED OUT. No thank you.
