This is probably my 5th or 6th Potbelly location to visit and the experience was alright. I enjoy the Potbelly taste. 5/5 on food. The main thing was that the staff was really reserved and soft-spoken. Quiet, which made waiting kinda awkward. They werent rude or unfriendly, just quiet. There was a homeless lady in line in front of me waiting on a water cup. She got her cup and sat down. Couple minutes later, the main guy who was making a sandwich called her up to the counter and handed her a freshly made sandwich. IDK if there was someone who decided to pay for them to make a sandwich, or the employee just decided to whip one up. But that was amazing to see. It made me smile.

Salad was not fresh with its less than edible mainly iceberg contents - grilled chicken was rubbery, had absolutely NO flavor and didnt taste like "real" chicken; tasted more like processed chicken. Most establishments today, serve salads with Romaine only. as well as fresh grilled quality chicken. the "line" employees were very ill-knowledged about the menu items. tables not cleaned after each patron....had to request to have our table cleaned before we could dine. asked to speak with manager - he (she) never came to our table we would never dine here again.

This is the second Potbelly Ive gone to and its good. Although Im not much of a sandwich person I liked my sandwich. Also, I eat a lot so my little tear at this place is its not that big of a sandwich. Then add to it that the price is pretty steep for a sandwich Im not too big a fan. However, the service and the people were good. Very friendly and they worked fast once I got up to place my order. The restroom was also clean. No urinal, just a single stall toilet restroom.

The salads arent worth your waste of money...that includes the watery macaroni salad. The portions are okay but not generous. I could honestly eat 2 regular sandwiches. The price is just a tad higher than what Id like to spend for what Im getting. They need more variety in the menu and more flavor. The soups are plain too. The Broccoli Cheddar is the best but you cant get it everyday. The milkshakes are okay. Ill go back but Im in no hurry.

Absolutely nothing to rave about here. The turkey breast (sliced) was just average and about the same exact quality found at subway, Quiznos and the likes. The place does serve you very quickly and the it does have a nice variety of selections to choose from to add to your main item. The seating space is nice and comfortable as well and like I said they serve you very quickly so it does make for a very quick lunch spot.

Potbelly is at the top of my list of best sandwich places. They are leaps and bounds above Subway. Potbelly has authentic sandwiches. When they say Italian sub on their menu, you get an actual Italian sub with capicola, provolone cheese, etc. They also toast the subs just right. They also offer pick up and delivery which makes them one of my favorite places to get lunch when I am at work.

This place is awesome! Their sandwiches are really good, and there is so much too choose from that the possibilities are endless! The staff is friendly and always smiling, and the both indoor and outside seating is really nice. I havent tried Potbellys at other locations, but this one is really good.

The soup is bad enough to not want to finish it. Shakes are sub par, not much flavor. The pizza sub has what seemed like old red sauce that had been sitting a while on it, bread wasnt terrible but also nothing to write home about. Its cheap and quick, thats about it. Id rather go get fast food.

Every Potbelly experience is positive, as long as you dont mind being politely yelled at to give your order. The fresh toasted buns and deli meats are great. Try the Wreck with light peppers. Just dont ask how many points it would be on your Weight Watchers plan.

Potbelly sandwiches are good, especially when you add hot peppers. Their coffee-oreo shake is great on a warm day. This location is consistent with all others. Parking isnt fun, I almost always have to park in the next door hotel parking lot.

My wife and I eat there frequently. The sandwiches are always good. The dining room is clean. Once when I ate there, my wallet slipped out of my shorts and I didnt notice. They found it and locked it in the safe until I could retrieve it.

Ive enjoyed every sandwich that Ive had here. I eat here at least once every time I visit the area on business. The staff is always friendly. The Wreck is maybe the best sub. The soups and other sides are ok, but nothing special.

The place is filled with greasy tables. The chicken noodle soup is way too salty. The people behind the counter do not smile to anyone. My advice: dont come here for dinner, even when its as early as 6:45pm!
