Very poor service. They answer the phone like zombies. I have orderd a few times from them. Just very very awful delivery people. They are so slow. Also the two times i have orderd they have lied and said they knocked on my door and rang my door bell. That never happened i live in a Cul De Sac i can see who leaves and who comes. They refused to bring me my sub. And still charged my credit card. One of the worst sub shops in moorhead. Stick to Jimmy Johns. Horrible service. Also one of the subs i orederd was wet and gross all ripped up. This place is a dive STAY AWAY. I got sick also. The rating here is 2 out of ten. Disquieting place.

ive always had good luck here, sandwiches are delicious and a good variety. havent ever experienced the bad services mentioned in other reviews, they are always quick. only complaint i do have is, like someone else said, they dont follow their posted hours. they advertise to be open late (2am) on friday and saturday nights, i got there at midnight and they were already closed, i complained and they said it was a variable/seasonal thing with the colleges. it was during spring break so since they werent busy with the college crowd they closed early some days :(

There was one slice of thin roast beef on my sandwich . So if you enjoy lettece , tomato, onion in a roll with a hint of beef this is your place. Perhaps there weaning down for potential vegans . A slow withdrawal from meat as the portion was ridiculous. Maybe they will have the aresol spray of meat. Im certain there working on it.

In terms of fast food (and specifically sandwich shops), Erbs & Gerbs is one of my favorites. The sandwiches taste fresh and there are plenty of options (the narmer is my favorite!). Im glad the company has slowly been expending throughout the Midwest.

This place was highly recommended to me, then I got a loaf of limp bread with like 4 peices of lettuce and a slice of cheese. Hardly a vegetable sandwich. Im just really disappointed.
