The catfish is always great & the PO boys with shuck sauce are great enough to keep me returning when I want a great plate of either of the two.. What has never been great is the service at this location. My husband & I know its not the place to go if we want quick service & our drinks refilled immediately. Weve been to this location multiple times & each time the waitresses have been awful. Ill give one time an exception, poor girl was alone on a Saturday or Sunday early afternoon & just couldnt keep up. It seems you have to be a lonely male sitting at the bar or very near it, for good service. We had to finally ask to order our food at one point after our waitress brought out our appetizer (fried pickles are great!) & passed us about ten times. Ive never been to another location in DFW to see if the service was better but I think next time we have a hankering for some shuck sauce we will make the extra effort to go to Greenville ave location.

I feel bad because for the most part this place is nice but I dont know if it is my horrible luck that it takes an insane amount of time to get even the simplest orders. I waited 15 min before I even got my drink the last time I dined in. I was on hold for 10 minutes with the call-in order before my one today. Today, I called in chips and queso. It took almost 15 min to get that. Literally cheese poured into a container took almost 15 min. I eat here often but at this point, its really only for the convenience of location from where I work.

Service..BIG FAT ZERO! ! Rudest waiter ever...made our party of 4 feel like the biggest inconvenience. ..Food gross, frozen catfish ..fried but soggy. .over charged on bill...no apologies. He never once said please nor thank you...bothered by questions and talked to my friend like she was 2 when she asked him to repeat himself. Never will I spend money in here again..nor would I refer anyone to step foot in this establishment!

Was thinking if I should post a review or not, as this is definitely one of my top secret favourite places for casual lunching, and one of the reasons being that it is not crowded and the stuff is very attentive. Price-quality ratio is amazing, I have tried several lunch options and have not been disappointed yet. Absolutely recommend it to anyone who enjoys Cajun food in a relaxing atmosphere.

I went there because I thought it was the same restaurant as the one connected to club Memphis<---GREAT FOOD! This one the gumbo is thick and nasty. The waitress let it be known that she was in a bitchy mood because she had not had a shot of liquor yet. Why did we need to know that?! Next thing you know theyre all drinking. I will not be back. Business is more important than drinking!

Well, I am here right now writing this review. I have been waiting for about 10 mins on outside patio table. No one has came to get my order. Now, I went in and asked for the waiter, he finally comes out not know what kind of beers he have. Then brings a girl with him and she literally "yells" out all the beer she had and acted like she was doing us a huge favor. Dont ever come here.

Great food. The waitress disappeared a few times, but the food and atmosphere were so good thay we barley noticed. I think this is a refreshing alternative to Red Lobster for seafood. My wife who refuses to eat oysters enjoyed the Dungeness crab and one oyster before causing a scene. The oysters here as you would expect are top notch.

Service was slooooooowwwww. Seemed to be more important that the girls kept themselves entertained. Nobody was in a hurry to please any customers. Three girls stood, laughing, while I waited to order more, wondering if they even cared to make tip money. I left and supported a different oyster restaurant. Oysters were acceptable.

The worst experience ever. Never coming back. Had a manly looking waitress serving us and all she did was took our drink order and appetizer order then came back n gave us our checks. Did NOT even ask if we needed anything else or if we were ready to order. It was terrible. She was rude to start with. Never coming back!

Always good food and a good environment, it was pretty crowded for obvious fat tuesday reasons lol. If I am in the mood for seafood, the oysters are always clean and fresh and can satisfy the cravings. Dont pass up the opportunity to venture to the alternate location which is not nearly as busy (good thing!!!)

Brittany is a great replacement Wednesdays for our regular Christina who moved on. Brittany is an expert hospitality associate! Stacie works some Wednesdays and is just as great! Ashley the boss slings beers with the best of them! Update: Mind-blown: Christina came back from Europe! Whatttt?

Employees are great . food temp was great but the fish and shrimp had no taste at all. I told the manager and she was nice about the situation, and didnt charge me for the food. The drinks are great, but just cant get into the food. I will come back for drinks ONLY!!!!!!!!!

The food was better than expected, but definitely not a kid friendly restaurant. Wait staff was less than friendly, but did an adequate job. I would go back with the wife, but would not make it a family outing again.

Great vibe on nights with live music. Service can be a little slow, which is why Im not giving five stars, but the food is generally great. This is a very chill place with great outdoor seating in warmer weather.

Good food with options for Grilled, fried, blackened -- both with pastas, fish, chicken, seafood, shrimp, oysters, and more. Go try out this place. While there is a bar, it is family friendly as well.

The atmosphere is great especially football season coming up. There is a giveaway fir 2 Cowboys tickets on the 31st of Aug (great deal!!!). Oh and the food is fantastic.
