I waited 10 minutes for the drive thru, then an additional 15 minutes for my order, and sadly it was incorrect and the chicken they provided me with was the smallest chicken Ive ever seen. They are now closed, and Ill have to wait until tomorrow to inform them... Had to go to back out to get more food. Such an inconvenience. I posted a thigh and legs. The legs are larger than the thighs.

very bad customer service NO REASON for me to go back at all!!!! I have spoke to people at store level and got no where and a division manager was even less help than the store level. The call center is a joke. Popeyes does not care about the people that spend money with them. SO I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY AT ALL!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 simple 3 piece tenders at 12:48 p.m. Did not receive my order until 1:22 p.m. Thats completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Asked for ketchup & was told to hold on while the guy started on someone elses order....... after having to wait over 30 minutes. Only positive was at least the food was warm.

The young man at the drive thru gave me the special of the day which was i ordered but didnt know it was the special, not complaining but was confused when my bill was so much lower then i expected. Great job just more communication would have helped.

Dirty, nasty place. Employees cuss behind the counter and complain about how much they hate their employer. Popeyes wont even acknowledge or respond to email. Maybe that is why they are going out of business!!! Good riddance!!!

Come from out of town it was late needed some food to eat ordered my food and the chicken tasted like burnt grease.rice was stail.my food was cold after sitting on the counter for 20 mints.never will come back here to eat.

I saw them drop chicken drumsticks, pick them up OFF THE FLOOR with their bare hands, and put them in a box. I was standing in line with clear view to the back of the kitchen. Just walked right out.
