First time sitting at the bar 12-21 and the service was extremely poor, we arrived there at 10 an hour before they closed and sylvia(bartender) looked upset, she was rude and not attentive at all. It looked like she was always in a rush and never let any of us (party of 4) finished ordering, so she had to go back and forth. She gave us a last call at 10:50 and at exactly 11 she brought the check. Our tab came out to be 75$ we tip her 20$ because we are all waiters too, any other customers wouldnt have left anything, and I honestly think she didnt work for them. Mi primera ves en el bar fue 12-21 y el servicio fue de lo peor. La bartender(Sylvia) nunca fue atenta con nosotros, fue ruda y se miraba que no quería estar ahí a pesar de que llegamos una hora antes de que cerraran. Nos dio la última llamada de Lcol alas 10:50 y alas 11 nos trajo la cuenta. El bill fue un total de 75$ y le dejamos 20$ de propina, honestamente siento que no se los merecía, nosotros también somos meseras y sabemos cómo es la industria en los restaurantes.

Hey to all of us that have gone to this place or any other restaurant, lets not forget, Waitress and waiters are humans too, and is no always their attitude that makes things look horrible, many,many times is OUR own attitude. Many of us act like we should treated like kings, but karma always pays back, so the next time you go to any restaurant, remember Karma pays back, So if you want to be treated nice, be nice too.. Espanol Para todos aquellos que hemos ido a este o cualquier otro restaurant, NO olvides que los meseros y meseras, son solamente humanos. No todo el tiempo es la actitud de ellos la que esta mala, muchas veces NUESTRA actitud, NO es la correcta. Muchos queremos que nos traten como reyes, Pero el Karma siempre paga. Asi que si quieres que te traten bien, Tambien tuTratalos bien .

They block off the parking spaces with cones so you cant park yourself and enforce a valet service. Which is a bit strange considering the parking lot is extremely small and any space is only a few steps away from the front door... Its a gorgeous establishment with a very upbeat and lively environment. They were singing karaoke the day we went. But I really cant say the same about anything else. The portions are enormous but everything was extremely salty. Everyone at our table ordered different dishes but no one was impressed by the food. The chicken breast dish had too much soup in it and 3/4 of the plate was cauliflower and mixed veggies (might I add that the description did not include vegetables) and the tortillas it came with were extremely cold. On top of that, our waitress was never around to refill our drinks. The bill came up to be over $200. Im not exactly sure how considering our 5 dishes were only around $15 a piece and we had regular fountain drinks. I guess they included a gratuity fee but they didnt let us know so we felt obligated to leave a tip on the table too. Also, throughout the whole evening there was a lady selling roses.. she asked us three times if we wanted to buy some. I just think that was extremely unprofessional to let a street vendor inside to sell plastic covered roses and teddy bears. This was a learning experience for sure. I would highly recommend going anywhere else when youre feeling hungry. I definitely wont be returning to this place.

8-16-17 por primera vez fuimos a cenar a festejar el cumpleaños de mi hija pero fue una mala decisión de aver asistido a este disque restaurante pues el servicio es muy mal las meseras no están presentables el pelo no lo tienen recogido no son sociables pero bueno llegamos la muda que nos llevó ala mesa solo agarro el menú y ni nos invitó a seguirla nos dejo en una mesa viene la mesera y que nos va a atender los chips llegaron cómo treinta minutos después y fue por qué los pedimos los pone en la mesa de una manera inadecuada y la comida la verdad que asta guacariarme quería servicio muy mal no buelvo a regresar nunca

Terrible sevice!! First off, whats with the valet parking? This is a casual place to eat dinner and drink. Second, hardly anyone speaks a lick of english. What country am I in? There was a language barrier the whole time ordering our food. Thirdly, my Husband and I were never sure who the heck was our waitress. A different chick would occasionly wander by to see if we needed anything (which was often). And all five or six of the waitresses seemed happier flirting with the loud drunks at the bar than serving the other customers. Fifth, mexican music was blaring from the speakers the whole time. My husband and I could hardly think! And sixth, it seems like the whole staff was mexican and were only interested in being helpful/friendly to other mexican customers. And that is why my Husband and I will never waste another penny here. Weve been here a total of three times and this last time was just the worst of them all. Honestly, it is the worst time Ive had out to eat ever. They have lost two customers for life.

No es la primera vez que visito la marea pero la verdad esta localidad de lancaster es una verdadera estafa para empezar pagas estacionamiento y despues la comida estubo de lo peor sin sabor a nada paresia comida mui pasada de tiempo y estava mui incomodo y molesto con la comida pero lo qe fue la culminacion de la estafa fue cuando vi el resibo qe incluia la propina en el pago .. no lo recomiendo a nadie a menos qe tengas dinero para tirar

Everything was fine. Food, service, typical local mexican owned restaurant. My problem is valet and I really hope they take care of it because they pissed me the f*** off. The valet here doesnt have a standard price, they dont advertise their price or say if theyre complementary. When my family got their car back, we tipped them 3 bucks because our car was literally 10 feet from the door. Less than a minute walking distance. Literally right in front of the door. The 59 skinny tan acneic man with dark hair tells us valet is 10 dollars. I dont mind tipping, I understand the proper thing is to tip 20% of a bill, as well as hotel staff, nail salon techs, so and so forth. But 10 dollars for me to walk less than 60 seconds to my car is BS. If you go to this place with your family, please ignore valet and dont tip them anything at all because they honestly dont deserve it.

Weve had great service 2 out of 3 times weve visited this location. Its nice and the food is delicious. Ive yet to visit this locale during nighttime and can only speak from going during the day, but weve had enjoyable experiences. The second time we came here our server was inattentive and made us wait long periods for everything (drinks, refills, take orders, etc.), but our first and third visits were great. 2 fuera de 3 visitas han sido muy buenas. Sólo nuestra segunda visita no fue bien porque la mesera se tardó demasiado para todo (bebidas, tomar nuestra orden, etc) pero nuestra primera y tercera vez aquí fue muy bien y la comida deliciosa.

I had a bad experience at this place. The moment I walked in I thought good its not that crowded, and service will be fast. I was given a plate of chips and hot sauce, nd being that I was hungry proceeded to eat them. The sauce was spicy and I was practically choking. I could have st there forever without any offer of water (which they failed to bring after serving you chips and salsa). I finally after several minutes left and complained to the manager. Her simple reply was sorry!!! I told her that if I took care of people in this manner at my business, i would go broke! Not impressed with the service!
