Cody, you werent our waiter but you brought our food. Told you one burger was incorrect and you must have felt it was your duty to roll your eyes at an error that wasnt yours Dude seriously. You were not our waiter. You didnt take our order. Didnt even know you existed until you brought our food. No apology. Just your face and eyes rolling before you walked away. Hasnt anybody ever taught you not to roll your eyes, especially at strangers? Do you normally earn your tips by rolling your eyes? Was it just that bad of a day for you? If it is then maybe you should just quit and find a job where rolling your eyes at customers is tolerated. Better yet, keep on rolling your eyes at strangers. Maybe the next time you do, someone will do more than just file a complaint with your manager and actually give you a legit reason to roll your eyes with a backhand to your face. Deplorable and disrespectful. You should be ashamed, your one act almost ruined the chance of our actual waitress getting a tip. Even though she and your manager had to apologize in your behalf, it still didnt make it better. Sure I got a fresh burger to-go but do you think Im really going to enjoy that now? You should know the stigma restaurants hold when it comes to having to correct an order for a customer, especially after a complaint on a staff member. I hope the manager Abel and waitress Samantha teach him some lessons on better customer service and dont let him forget about the embarrassment he has caused to himself and his colleagues.

Horrible experience. I frequent Red Robin and lately the service is despicable. We arrived and were promptly seated. Waited twenty minutes before a server arrived at our table to ask if wed been helped. No one had. Another server came and asked the same question. By the third server, he finally took our drink and food order. After thirty minutes and a burning smell coming from the kitchen, we received our food. We had to grab our own silverware because no one ever came to check on us; someone in our party is allergic to gluten, so we ordered a "gluten-free" item that contained gluten. Two kids meals; fried cod and a grilled cheese sandwich. When we finally received our meal, the grilled cheese bread had mold on it and was EXTREMELY hard and the cheese was cold which was not at all what a typical grilled cheese sandwich should look like and less likely appealing to a child. The fried cod basket was cold and the fries were cold and hard. Over all, we were in the restaurant for about 50 minutes to an hour... after our food arrived, I asked for a manager and they never came, so we left and the food was untouched. By far the worst restaurant experience to date. In my opinion, if everyone had been doing more working and less talking, they wouldnt have burned whatever was causing that horrible stench, the food wouldve been run to the tables more efficiently and I wouldnt be sitting here writing this terrible review.

Well, first of all, we had two drinks, two burgers and an order of fries and the bill was almost $30! Im sorry, but these are burgers! I got the mushroom burger, the fungus among us, and the name was the only thing to brag about....no sauce of any kind...just burger, mushrooms, tomato, lettuce and pickle. It was WAY too dry. My husband ordered the tower burger, and after massive discussion over choosing how he wanted his egg cooked, sunny side up, over easy or hard, he chose over easy, which I guess meant hard....so why ask if theyre not going to cook it how you want anyway. That really didnt matter ,since he didnt have a choice of "over medium", his normal desire, but it just seemed silly to ask if they werent to do your choice anyway..his was also extremely dry and was unnaturally heaped Hugh was onion strings. I know its trendy to pile a huge clump of crispy on top of burgers these days, but, seriously, how is a person supposed to take a bite of a football sized mound of bread/onion/burger, anyway? The fries were way to greasy and over cooked. Needless to say, we were not impressed. Personally, Id rather get a Big Mac or whopper for 1/2 the price...at least those arent so dry!

The food is amazing, when its amazing. The staff is very friendly and service is great - when it is. My point is that theres no consistency. The first time I visited this place, the burger was quite incredible. There was plenty of sauce on it, it was made just how I had requested it, and the fries kept coming. My glass never hit lower than 1/4 empty. The second time I visited, the waitress was very absent throughout the meal. I had to flag down two separate waiters to refill my drink and to ask for a box and the check. I understand waiters/waitresses are human, so I dont let this sway my rating too much. However, the burger was way sub-par in comparison to how it was on my first visit. There was barely any sauce on it, the patty looked like it was put together from scraps of other burgers, and it was the wrong bun. Because the waitress was absent, my "bottomless fries" reached bottom and never got refilled. So, as I stated earlier, the food is great and the service is great, but only when the cooks and the staff are trying. I went a total of 4 times in 2016, and only two of those times were 5 star worthy. The other two were below 3, so a 3 star rating seems fair, for now.

Red Robin Bottomless Broccoli You knew about the Bottomless Fries right, who doesnt? But now Red Robin has rolled out a healthy side of their menu. And to help all of us on healthy eating programs, Red Robin is offering BOTTOMLESS Broccoli, Steamed Not Fried, Fresh not smothered. Many of the new entrees are within the allowed courses for all kinds of healthy eating programs This is my 5th or 6th visit to Red Robin. Saw the new menu last week but did not read the very bottom of the Bottomless Fries page till this trip on Kickoff Weekend! I showed the note about Bottomless Broccoli to my pastor who was with me, and he is on Bottomless Broccoli like a Michigan Wolverine! This is because he is on a new healthy eating plan. Hey if you are lucky enough to get Julie for your waitress like we did; then your Red Robin visit will be awesome like ours was. Julie really does listen and gives amazing service which makes up for the long wait time. (not sure whats up with that) as a disclaimer: I do not work for RR, do not own RR, just like the food. Was not paid to write this review but Julie was just that much of an incredible waitress. Yes I do lots of writing for my work

I had to wait 15 minutes for a table when there were several of them already open. When we sat down the table had no napkins, no utensils, or anything else. We sat down and our waitress was horrible, she served our root beers wrong 2 times, and took an extended period of time to serve our drinks. One of my friends didnt get her drink until she was halfway done with her burger. When the burgers arrived, two of our orders were wrong. The food itself was decent. Wallbangers in Mcallen is way better for burgers and fries, also service. When we tried to talk to the manager, she was unpleasant, very dismissive, and rude. Dont think Im coming back here again, not because the food was bad, but because the customer service is absolutely terrible.
