On July 1st 2017 in the afternoon my family and I thought it would be a great idea to go and eat at fuddruckers. ..the burgers are absolutely delicious and well worth the money. On this particular occasion I had been mailed an electronic coupon for the 4th of July and out of curiosity I thought I would inquire as to the specifics of the offer. I attempted to ask a,so called manager ( I believe his name is ciros. ) although I dont know if this is his name. He is easily noticible..he is an older man who generally does absolutely nothing but sit or stand in one place and look busy. Well,I informed him of the coupon in my phone and advised him not to grab my phone from my hand as I had another indigent like himself do the same thing and drop my phone...well ,the first thing this leach of society did was yank my phone from my hand at which time the cashier jumped all over him and said "this gentleman just told you not to do that" at this point this useless ineffective derelict raised up his hands in a threatening manner and said "Im not going to help you because I dont know what this is about" You would think that once this corporate generated offer is e mailed to its subscribers management at the franchisee would inform this bottom feeder...oh,and Im relatively certain they did ,however by the looks of this lower class manager he just more than likely didnt care! Why ever would any restaurant ever hire a deplorable like this half of a man...I am not trying to be mean...now all this happened in front of my wife and 3 children! This is a family oriented business! I can guarantee that if I ever did that to one of my customers I would probably lose my job and put on a not re hireable list or get a serious beat down from angry customers. ..I will say this the staff was actually more attentive to my family and I and were concerned about us..the restaurant manager herself apologized and was thoughtful the cooks are awesome! What I wonder now is ...why would they put this thing to manage these great employees?

Restaurant feels tired and dated. One burger, a bison burger was ordered medium well but served medium at best. The rest of our burgers were OK but not fabulous. The French fries were mushy and cold. Certainly not a value for money spent. There are better options for burgers in the area.

Food was FANTASTIC - staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. Everything was extra- clean, including the bathrooms, and we had no disappointments. The burgers were amazing, and everything else about this restaurant matched it. Keep up the good work!

Great shakes. I have to admit, this place now beats Wallbangers. The dining area is pretty clean, and the soft seats are perfect for dining with elderly folks. It is a also the perfect place to discuss a film after leaving the cinema. Clean restrooms.

Staff and managers are ok but at times careless and rude. Then they dont make enough macaroons which are our favorite cookies. We like to go there because of the cookies and the great burger meal deal that comes with cookies and fries.

you can never go wrong with fudds! however the nachos are a hit and miss situation! but who goes to a burger joint for nachos am i right? seriously burgers and fries and a good ol fashioned malt. done deal!

Asked for chicken tenders and they said they were out had to get something else... I asked for onion rings and they were out of them as well, make sure to have what you advertised on the menu!

Horrible service, the girl payed more attention to her phone than answer my questions. There were only a few ppl there and the food still took a while to come out. Never coming back!

Finding a salmon burger is very hard, especially when it is so good. Im so glad that now I have a healthy option that tastes so good. Also, I enjoy the mushroom and Swiss hamburger.

Theyve remodeled! The restaurant is always clean. They have a few arcade games which is great. Very laid back atmosphere. The food never disappoints.

The Market Toss Salad is the best!!! Place has WiFi but you have to ask for password. My daughter loves their Oreo milkshake.

30 minutes to get hamburgers? One of the plates had about 6-7 French fries. One had a patty smaller than the tomatoes.
