Do not give them your business. They charge $.35 just for the privilege of using your credit card for purchases under $5.00 which charging a fee just to use your credit card is illegal in Texas. This should never be tolerated. I even tried showing them the law and even reading it to them of what it says on the Attorney Generals website but they didnt even care. How dare they try to rip off their customers by tacking on an illegal surcharge for credit card use just so they can make their wallets as fat as Santa Clause. I believe they do that because they are so greedy and selfish and think they are above the law. They are in violation of FINANCE CODE TITLE 4. REGULATION OF INTEREST, LOANS, AND FINANCED TRANSACTIONS SUBTITLE A. INTEREST CHAPTER 339. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS RELATING TO INTEREST Sec. 339.001. IMPOSITION OF SURCHARGE FOR USE OF CREDIT CARD. (a) In a sale of goods or services, a seller may not impose a surcharge on a buyer who uses a credit card for an extension of credit instead of cash, a check, or a similar means of payment. (b) This section does not apply to a state agency, county, local governmental entity, or other governmental entity that accepts a credit card for the payment of fees, taxes, or other charges. (c) The consumer credit commissioner has exclusive jurisdiction to enforce this section. (d) The Finance Commission of Texas may adopt rules relating to this section. Rules adopted pursuant to this section shall be consistent with federal laws and regulations governing credit card transactions described by this section. (e) This section does not create a cause of action against an individual for violation of this section.

Very rude and unprofessional. She talked and played on cell phone entire time, total price was 15 cents away from $5.00, however she made me order another donut because they have a $5.00 minimum debit/credit policy, kolache was dried out and bland, donuts were terrible, and she didnt even bother to offer me a receipt because she was too busy talking on her cell phone. I will never return. Too much donut/kolache competition in this area to give them my business ever again.
