I have been to this restaurant a hand-full of times. I usually pick my food up to go, but also have had it delivered (they charge 2.00 for delivery) and have a minimum of 15.00. I called my order in (shrimp in garlic sauce lunch with "fried" rice, 2 spring rolls and wonton soup for 7.50) and asked as I normally do for a small cup of hot mustard and a small cup of sweet and sour sauce for my spring rolls. I detest those small packages of hot mustard and sweet and sour that they include along with a packet of soy sauce. In the past, they have assured me that they are in the bag with my food and more than once, they fail to include it. I arrived to pick up my food and went to pay and was quoted a price of 10.50 cents for 7.50 entree. Total should have been 8.12 with tax. I asked why the 10.50 and was told it was extra for the hot mustard and sweet and sour sauces. I lost it.. 2.38 cents upcharge is ridiculous. I told the less than friendly girl that I would not be returning because their food is just not all that. I can see paying 50 cents extra for the sauce and the mustard (even if the packets that they provide have very little in them and they SUCK.. the "hot mustard" does not even resemble what you get in the restaurant and the teaspoon of duck or sweet and sour sauce that you get in the packet is about the same).. they were trying to make a point in an ugly way. When I got home, the little paper bag that they put the cups in started to tear because one of the cups was leaking. I pulled it out and found that it was not hot mustard, but peanut butter.. or peanut sauce and what I had did not even have peanut sauce in it. The cup was split and a lot of the useless liquid had spilled out.. So I paid half of 2.38.. some 1.20 for nothing. I was quite livid because every time I ask for these condiments they act like it puts them out to get them. There is no way to mistake peanut butter/sauce for hot mustard.. one is brown and the other is a yellow/brownish color and, as I stated, I feel it was done on purpose. If their food was good, I would maybe overlook it, but its just not that good. I had shrimp in garlic sauce.. Lunch portion is a ton of onions and other vegetables and 4 shrimp. The "fried" rice is just brown rice and the wonton soup is just boxed chicken broth with soy sauce.. it is brown and looks just like soy sauce. The dumpling was okay. The entire food experience was mediocre, at best. As I said, I have been numerous times and they have never been over-friendly, ever. If you want really great service and better food, try Spring Asian on Rayford Rd. It is a bit down the road past the Kroger back in a strip center where Tewbeleaux bar/grille is located, but they do deliver to Oak Ridge North as well. The lady there knows me by name and knows what I am going to order. They know how to do customer service. I will never return to Imperial Garden Chinese and actually bet that they will be out of business in 6 months anyway. No customer service skills at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not go to this place . This is the worst service I have ever had , they are sooooo rude . The owner is a very rude person who cussed me out on the phone because I told them the menu was saying something different then what they were offering. I was hung up on and when I called back she cussed at me and hung up again. I have never been trrated like this ever . I was just asking for 1 regular meat eggroll with the dinner I ordered. Which is what the menu says. But she said I had to get to mini vegetarian egg rolls . I told her the menu showed different and she hung up . When I called back and asked for a manager she said she was the owner and called me a name and cursed at me and hung up again. Do not but from this place!!!

I first ordered on GrubHub which messed it all up it was not the restaurant they were closed and GrubHub should have the hours of the restaurant. I called about my order they called right back were very nice and gave me a full refund. The next day l went online to look up the hours so l would make sure they were opened and delivering, they were. So this time l put my order in online not GrubHub. They delivered even ahead of estimated time at least twenty minutes. The guy was very nice and they included a free egg drop soup for not getting my order the day before. You get lots of food and it was absolutely delicious. I am very satisfied and will definitely have this as a favorite delivery place

Having gone here for a long time since the start of this year, I have to say that the ease of convenience, great pricing and good-tasting menu choices make this place a good choice anytime you want a quick bite to eat or some actual good Chinese food! Ive gone to many different Chinese venues throughout Spring and Conroe, and this one has just the right dash of flavor and texturing in their food all at good pricing; I could go to Beijing on Sawdust, sure, but what I pay for does not always equal the end result. The only sad thing is... when they are closed on Monday and you have the itch to order from them on that day! =(

First time here. Its small, but most people that I saw come in and out were doing take out. Place looks clean. Food was decent and reasonably priced. Dine in for a large group wouldnt be great. Best for couples or groups of 3-4. There is only four tables with 4 chairs each. Wish they had more milk tea, tea, and toppings(i.e. lychee jelly, egg pudding, grass jelly, etc) flavors.

I love supporting local businesses and this is a great little family operation to support. Everyone very nice and informative upon entry. Food is cooked to order and quickly which is nice when youre on the go. The lunch specials are an amazing deal! If youre looking for a quick, friendly spot for some good Chinese stop by and treat yourself.

I ordered the walnut shrimp and I was surprised by how big and fresh the shrimps were. Everything we ordered were made fresh to order. Definitely some of the best quality ingredients Ive seen used at a Chinese restaurant.
