Disgusting place. Will never go back. I usually go through drive thru but tonight we went in and glad we did because it opened my eyes to where I have been eating. I had to ask for someone to clean of one of the 11 or 12 tables so we could sit down to eat. Someone finally came out and basically smeared the food in with a rag, knocking some food to the floor and the rest left on the table. Terrible cleaning job and didnt use cleaner just a wet rag to do most of the tables. There was a precious used rag sitting on the trash can with food all over it. We told an employee about there root beer being out and he pushed the button right in front of us and said theres nothing wrong with it since there was some brown in it. The guy cleaning table did not wash his hands but went straight in, got our food and brou ghost t it back. We will never be back.

So the food we got tonight I could buy it at the gas station for way less. I bought fajitas and the onions that come with it werent grilled, I saw them take a box that was just sitting there before hand and they took and just microwaved it and gave it to me they also threw around the tortillas and the girl that was working touch them with her BARE HANDS. My sister got quesadillas and theres barely meat on it shes basically eating cheese tortillas and thats it. What I got isnt worth 24 dollars maybe like 5. The entire time my order was taken she was sighing non stop, it pissed me off, it doesnt matter how bad your day is you dont treat your customer poorly.

This location has gotten worse each visit for the last three months! I love a Taco Cabana. This location has problems taking orders correctly, forgetting drinks I paid for, offering salsas and standard day to day things one would expect from a Taco Cabana. More recently, there food has been losing freshness. Brisket tacos were my favorite..but are now dry and almost like chewing tobacco! Four times in a row, there has been bitter tea. Im afraid to even go through the drive thru as I know there will be several mistakes to fix. Please bring that quality back so I continue to be a loyal customer!!

Found an eye lash in my food after I ate, thank god it was in the egg that fell out of my taco and I didnt eat it. SUPER GROSS!!! Tell your people not to touch their faces when making food for customers, you shouldnt be touching your face at all when preparing food, and hands must be washed afterwards. I doubt that any hands were washed. I can see it now, this place not getting a good rating for cleanliness. My first time here and my last, too bad the breakfast is good. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Never going here ever again. Every time I went it was either super slow because the crew could not handle the traffic coming through the proper way, or if you go around 8-10 pm it is slow because the crew does nothing just joke around. I see them laughing and only one person making my order. Also like this morning I stop by in the morning and wanted three tacos and only got two, was only charged for two and its the two I didnt even ask for.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star was because giving it zero stars isnt an option. Terrible. Dont eat here. Worst place ever. I should have just gone to bed hungry because now Im hungry and mad! My enchiladas were stale. How does one make stale enchiladas I have no idea. Everything looked old and my guacamole looked like it had fallen and been scraped back onto the plate. Just so disappointing and terrible.

Good food but be prepared to wait!!! Im writing this while Im sitting waiting on my to go order placed 20 minutes ago. Ive watched at least 4 customers leave after waiting longer and never got there food. Its great to get away during work for lunch and treat yourself, unless of course you come here pay for your lunch, never get it and go back to work hungry, that sucks.... Please correct these problems TC.

black people. they put a solid jalepeno in th middle of my burrito, after i showed a salad burrito to manager. play games black people.....you get yours. first burrito was all lettuce. nothing. second was nice, until i bit into the prank. jalepeno, some people allergic. this place are all nigs retarded...fools like scum working for drugs NEVER AGAIN Manager is uh uh uh uh uh ub ......ok

Hated this place. Worst service ever. Refused to serve my handicap wife though the drive thru. Said she must Come in. Because the "system" was down. We explained she could not come in and she is in a wheelchair. The still refused. Writing the order down...typing it on another computer and handing it out the window to a person who cant walk was just too much customer service! Never go there!

After going through the drive thru or inside they never get the order right. I tell them whats wrong with the order and they tell me I am wrong when I have the receipt in my hand. On several occasions, the food isnt all the way cooked. Soggy food. Yuck. The service is the worst, especially when you tell them the order and they dont get all of it, so they want to argue with you about it.

Best place to eat fajitas at 0300. WITH that said. Holy sh** is the ambient bird noise obnoxious. It literally brings my review down to 4 stars from 5. The staff at all fast food varies especially if you roll in with your bitchyrestingface cocked locked and ready to drunkenly complain with your outside voice indoors. Tonight Tyler was very polite.

Totally rude!!! After I left I called the manager and informed him how rude the girl in the drive thru was. He said he was sorry. I didnt want anything for the complaint just to inform him. However Get Home and my order is completely wrong!!! So disappointed! Save youself and just go to taco bell. At least they have been friendly!

Night manager lied to me and my friends at 2 a.m. telling us that they were closed. I checked the online website to check the hours and they were in fact open. So at this time we called the night manager acting like someone else and he said they were open. Once we told him we were just there he realized who we were and hung up on me.

Oh boy, drive through service is rough. No customer service. Although I wonder if he was being trained since the girl that came after him did a better job and looked like she was explaining things. Food was pretty good though and they did get the order right. Im kinda on the fence between 2 and 3 stars.

Nothing exceptional about the food, but Im giving this place 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. Both the guy at the front (Kevin) and the guy that brought the food to the table (not sure of his name) were extremely polite, patient, and helpful. Thank you to both of them!

Expect very small breakfast tacos for big $$. My carne guisada taco had very little meat in it. I had to take it back. They were understanding and gave me another one with more meat. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The mens restroom could use a little attention as well
