Please tell me that a brand new business opening up actually cares about their customers review,since I have been to this location I have had only one friendly worker who made my drink how I asked plain and simple ,its very annoying for me to expect the same customer service but since then I have not had one pleasant experience with the workers there they come off rude and unprofessional ,they do not make what I asked for correctly ,I loved my drink the first time around and I go back with hope that maybe someone will make it right this time, but NO it has not been made correctly since now I am wasting my time and money! Yes its a donut place but if someone orders coffee it should be just as good! Let me leave an example,I asked for a Large Iced Espresso,that was fine until I said can I add a flavor ,so I added hazelnut and she asked if I wanted it hot or cold??? umm I just asked for a ICED ESPRESSO ? SO why would she ask if I wanted it hot ,anyway then she asked me if I wanted it large which I had already said in the beginning A LARGE ICED ESPRESSO .Lo and behold when she finally gave me my coffee she had it in the wrong kind of cup and clear plastic one that you would use for COLD drinks ONLY ,WHY do I say its the wrong kind of cup when I ordered cold ,well its because she gave it to me HOT ,HUH? yeah, so I had to ask her to put ice in it .Just irritating because this has been repeated bad experiences since the open ,please fix your staff teach them how to make your products correctly and how to have good customer service.

Dont normally eat donuts, but had hankering. Went through the drive through at 8am. Donuts are stale. At 8 am? Really? Vanilla latte tasted like a regular latte, no vanilla and was warm not hot. Going through the drive through you have to drive around the back of the store. Theres a big garage door in the back, where they had huge clear trash bags on the floor full of hundreds of donuts. Do they sell these since there donuts arent fresh? Disgusting if thats the case. No matter I wont be back and I really suggest you dont either. Just horrible, expensive and not worth your time. Especially when theres a really good donut shop across the street on Tripp and Galloway by subway, js.

They had a sale for their 78th birthday and sent out two little kids who were related to one of the workers to tell everyone after waiting for an hour they wont have any other flavors for an hour.Then once I got to the drive -thru the dumbfounded guy said that they will only have glaze for the rest of the night !?! The manager was very unprofessional as well as the staff. I asked her for the number to corporate or the owner she shrugged with an attitude and said she didnt know.

If I could I would give this KK a -10, I cannot BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE OUT OF KREME FILLED TODAY, THEY DON"T CLOSE FOR ANOTHER 6 HOURS!!!! This location has had such ROTTEN service since THE DAY THEY OPENED that I cannot see how they will be around very much longer. I never thought I would be so enraged about a pastry, but after waiting 20 minutes to be helped and then told they are out...WOW - At $10.00 a dozen I dont think its EVEN CLOSE TO BEING WORTH IT!!!

You do have donuts at your donut place, right? Two out of the three times I have been to this location, they are out of donut holes. How is that even possible?! Oh, and on my second visit when I went through the drive through (after I waited 10 minutes) I was not even given what I asked for.

How does a Krispy Kreme run out of glazed donuts @ 9 am? Very disappointed that me.and the family drove all the way to the new location in Mesquite only to wait in line for 15 minutes to be told they were out of glaze. Very disappointed. I hope this isnt the standard for the new location.

The employees are untrained, customer service skills suck, slow service, they never have fresh products, they never have a large selection to choose from, and I was disappointed. I grew up on Krispy Kreme doughnuts and these people are ruining their reputation. I will not go back.

Trish was awesome with Customer service. She is the SWEETEST lady and treated us so wonderful, especially my children. She hooked us up with donuts and gave my children hats and ballons. I can honestly say I had really great customer service from her and I will be back.

Everything is fantastic at this donut shop, from the friendly welcome as you walk in to the free fresh donut you can enjoy while deciding which delicious donuts to get to the friendly staff that makes sure everything is perfect. They make my day better!

8:26am - Got in Drive Thru line. 8:56am - Placed order for 1 assorted dozen. (they were out of donut holes). 9:06am - Pulled away with my donuts. Process is so slow! Donuts are the best on earth. These Donuts are made at this location. Fresh!

Arrived 5 minutes before closing and staff refused to help us. Waited by the window and they pretended we were not there. We attempted to enter through the door and they simply went to the back. I am disgusted with the service here.

Donuts were good as expected. Service was very poor. We were here in afternoon during a slow period- the place was not tidy, no napkins in napkin holders, and had to wait several minutes for service despite there being 5 employees.

The donuts are really less then average. The specialty coffee drinks are really also less than average. I ordered a Carmal Cappachino & got something that tastes like cream. Not anything like coffee. Just very disappointed.

Excellent to walk in immediately handed a free hot glazed donut! Big plus! Dislike we almost walked out without donuts we ordered but the girl didnt hear us...wasnt charged so made up for it. We will be back :)

The donuts were good. I went and the some of the staff was rude and didnt bother giving me my free donut when the light was on. I had to ask for and he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about.

Doughnuts are delicious and the kids loved the hats and balloons. The floor needs a good cleaning. It was sticky and you could hear your shoes sticking with every step.
