Today...I went into the Ennis Starbucks, washed my hands in the bathroom then went to order a double macchiato for the drive to Houston. I was exhausted from a long work day in Dallas and then the long drive back to Houston in one day. Thirty minutes down the road I noticed my hugs and kisses (x and o design) solid gold bracelet was missing. I raced back...no one had turned in my bracelet. It was from my beloved husband celebrating the birth of our first child. That was 36 years ago...I am beyond sad.

I often stop here on my way to Houston. I have no complaints. Contrary to what others have said, I have always been happy with the coffee. I dont get anything fancy, just brewed coffee with steamed soy milk. On my most recent visit, the staff were especially busy, but they were still friendly and had good energy.

On my frequent trips between Houston and Dallas (or OKC) I stop at this Starbucks for my caffeine needs! They went above and beyond tonight (10/23), I arrived an hour after close but they kindly made me some Via coffee to get me back to Houston. Thanks!

You will probably have to park around back as there is limited parking out front. Service was fast and efficient. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Pleasant atmosphere and outdoor seating.

The coffee was bottom of the barrel quality. If you desire diabetes than this is your best bet. Customer service was okay but a starving African kid wouldnt drink this.

Only went there once on a road trip. But the staff was friendly, quick service. Parking is confusing because you have to park in front of a different store.
