We bought two tires. They arrived on time and just as ordered however the customer service in the tire department was less than courteous and borderline rude. No appointment needed but youll have to wait. My tires were installed in an hour and a half. When I got my car the tire pressure light was on. Just have to drive it and it should go off. Well one would think. It didnt and when had the tires checked the next day the pressure was not correct and found out that the driver side tire pressure sensor was no longer working. Went to take the car back to get it looked at and was asked to wait. Not willing to wait we took it to Goodyear in McKinney and they fixed it. Sorry WallMart - everyone has tires. Have to realize it is a customer service business your in.
