Coffee N Cream ruined my wedding cake. I didn’t expect amazing, I didn’t expect to be blown away, I just expected to get a cake that I could enjoy for my wedding. What I tasted at the cake tasting and what I received for my wedding cake were not the same. The cake I received was dry, tasteless, and had a bad after taste. As a concerned and upset customer I returned the cake the same day but was told that they couldn’t do anything for me. When I spoke with the owner John I was met with the same resistance. This company doesn’t care about customers. They only care about taking your money and denying you any compensation. I tried to contact the other owner Mary but she seems to be avoiding my calls and emails. We weren’t asking for a full refund, only asking for a small replacement cake. Something we could enjoy and replace the empty memories we have from our wedding. We were told they wouldn’t do anything for us and that we received the cake that we ordered. Robots and factory workers, that’s who we were dealing with and we didn’t even know it. I was hoping for someone to understand our concern and to understand how important our day was to us but we instead were thought of as annoying. Please avoid letting these people ruin your special day, get your cake some other place.

Look, I like Coffee N Creams product. It is typically high quality, and Im always happy with my drinks.... When they are made right. The reasons Im rating this store poorly are: It is listed, both online and on the stores door, that weekday closing time is 22:00, or 10:00PM. However, any time my girlfriend and/or myself show up any time after 21:00, they have already locked the doors and let us know, if we go through the drive through, they have closed. The latest this happened was last night (11/04/2014). The drink is almost never made right. My girlfriend always orders the exact same thing: Cinnamon white mocha java chill. She has ordered it many different ways, but always gets a drink with either no cinnamon (9/10 times) or cinnamon somehow swirled into the drink (1/10 times), almost as if it were added afterwards and stirred in using the straw. I usually get an iced almond milk chai, and it is often correct, but almost as often I get normal milk. We never really complain in person; even with us paying extra for a product we arent getting, we just deal with it. We both worked for Starbucks and would rather either spend our money elsewhere or just not get coffee at all.

I didnt know that this place is a coffee shop but thought it was a bakery since it was advertised as so. I purchased 2 chocolate croissants, 4 cinamon swirl coffee cake, and 2 ham & cheese croissants. All of the items were so disappointingly DRY. Then I nuked the coffee cake and it was much better so I nuked everything and the pastries were better. Im not sure, though, that having to microwave baked goods is a fair expectation that a customer should have to do. So in fairness, Im raising my original rate of 1 star to 3. I identify 3 stars as being average. Tried to order a latte machiatto to which I discovered the girl at the register doesnt know the difference between a latte and machiatto. The girl offered to do a caramel macchiato.....I refrained from asking if the caramel made them do the required "dot"better. So I went to Starbucks. I shouldve ordered my baked goods from Starbucks instead since Ive never had a bad croissant that I needed to heat from them; Ill stand in line for quality croissants and coffee.

The small batch Oak Cliff coffees make a huge difference in flavor when compared to big coffee chains. Their iced caramel macchiato is the best in the city (doesnt taste like melting ice or milk). Since they offer local ice cream and bake all of their pastries, quiches, and breakfast items in store, they are a great option for those who dont even like coffee! Plenty of seating inside (including a semi-separate family/kids play area with lower table), friendly staff, and the patio is pleasant (if noisy during high-traffic times). The patio is best on an early Saturday morning. In a city of generic suburban chains, Coffee N Cream is a local gem.

I have never been a fan of this place, but it was a local business so I gave them plenty of visits. Any successful company makes a good product and stands behind it. Simple. I was disgusted when I drove there today only to see they added a message to their eyesore of an inflatable coffee "Dont send your buck$ to Seattle". This wreaks of desperation and downright tackiness. Starbucks may be a chain, but so are you! Starbucks may be based out of Seattle, but the sales tax they generate stays here in Frisco to fix OUR roads, help OUR economy, etc. I am DONE supporting this ghetto little coffee shop. Go out of business soon, please!

Comfortable environment - had a variety of tables and chairs in different sizes which makes it easy to meet a friend to talk or focus on a few hours of solo work on a laptop. It is a quaint place for sure Features Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters which is OK. For a better coffee taste and experience, I much prefer Dunn Brothers in Addison (they roast in house). A big plus - they offer local Henrys Homemade Ice Cream. Yum! Coffee N Cream makes and bakes their food from scratch. I had their spinach mushroom quiche and it was very good.

Love this little place! Great locally roasted coffee and local ice cream and the pastries / desserts are amazing!!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Free samples on the ice cream too. Free wifi and nice atmosphere to sit and work and enjoy your coffee. PS - the Pumpkin Spice flavoring is all natural and made in house!!! WAAAAY better than the artificial flavored Starbucks stuff. You will certainly taste the difference.

This place is great, listen to the other ratings, HappyOne is no Texan. OUR roads and economy, really buddy? You ruined yours in cali, these are ours not yours. If pride in your community bothers you that much, by all means, go back to cali. We didnt ask you to come and speak ill of our businesses. Anyway, good service, good product. Listen to real Texans.

Did not want to hire me BECAUSE I was not in school. Now that I actually have a degree, I wouldnt visit them for anything because they were so rude to me. Just because someone is not currently going to school does not mean they wouldnt be a great employee. Even had me interview at a craig ranch country club just to look down their noses at me.

Kelli, the pastry chef here, has gone above and beyond every time weve placed an order for cupcakes, cake or cookies. She is extremely talented and we get compliments on everything she has ever made for us! So thankful she is our "go-to" right here in the neighborhood. We choose Coffee and Cream first for all of our custom dessert needs!!

Had a chocolate craving so stopped in for a brownie and hot chocolate. Great service and hit the spot. The hot chocolate also wasnt syrupy sweet, which I liked. Theres a great corner where kids can draw and play, but theyre out of the way of other patrons. Ill be visiting this place again.
