Was doing some shopping in the area and happened in looking for lunch. Sat at the bar across from the kitchen. Breakfasts they were turning out looked AMAZING but I wanted something brunchy. Got a turkey, Brie and pear panini with a side salad dressed with a tangy balsamic. Best panini Ive ever had! Staff was friendly and always checking if I or other guests needed anything. A couple next to me introduced me to the owner Danny. He thanked me by name when I left. Ill be coming back and bringing my husband!

Great breakfast place and I highly recommend it. That being said, dont bother with the steak and eggs. Quite frankly, I cant remember the last time I had good steak and eggs, so I shouldnt have been surprised. While the steak certainly looked better quality than most, it was tough and completely unseasoned. Everything else Ive had at this restaurant has been superb.

the minute I walked in I felt like I went back in time to the old mom and pop place it was that warm and friendly. The meal was delicious (try the mom from the menu) and plentiful. Rudy made me feel like I was the only one he was waiting on, not rushed to get someone else in the booth when I was done. A great place for breakfast I cant wait to visit for lunch!

After the first visit was so enjoyable, we now make it a weekly family event whenever we are in town. So far, never a wait for a table of five, however it is getting such a reputation, I expect it wont be long before we will have to wait. The place is very friendly. The food is exceptional, but the price is only slightly more than my usual breakfast places.

Loved the atmosphere of this place. The food was great and worth what I paid. The chairs inside are a little small for my big bum, and bit into my thighs, but they have plenty of booth seating and a beautiful patio. The service was good, but we were brought the wrong checks at the end of the meal. It was fixed promptly and we ended with a good experience.

Ok Yall! This place is amazing. Quick service is an understatement! Ordered a skillet with multi grain pancakes. Took about 5 minutes to get our food and the pancakes were the best I have ever had. Seemed like they have a hint of pumpkin spice ... delicious!

Delicious breakfast with healthy and comfort food options. I had their Tuscan omelet with fresh fruit and sliced tomatoes. It was great. The coffee was also quite tasty and our server was quick with our refills. Very good breakfast stop!

Best Breakfast in Mckinney. We have been here twice and both times were great. Very busy on Saturdays but well worth the wait. The portion size is pretty large. Havent tried lunch here yet but the pies they have displayed also look amazing.

Nice place food was great. Our coffees were not refilled there was lipstick on my boyfriends water glass and the server did not clean out the used creamer containers. I will visit again to see if next round its better.

First time to visit. Went at lunch. Got the cheeseburger. Very tasty and large portion. Bun and toppings were very fresh. Server was friendly and quick. Definitely will go back. Need to try a breakfast plate.

The best breakfast and service! This will be our breakfast spot for the duration of our stay in Mckinney! Easy cooked perfect and the pancakes are light and fluffy. And OMG the sweet tea is A-Mazing!
