IHOP quality at best. Not gonna give it a 1 cause the food didnt kill me and the decor was alright but heres my experience. We came and sat down where we could clearly see the guy cooking. I ordered the red velvet waffles for I think about 8 bucks. We see a bright pop as the wall outlet shorts as he closes the waffle iron and the waffle batter spills out everywhere. The cook is a little put off by this and goes somewhere. Im sitting watching my waffle for about 5 minutes sit in a stale iron. He comes back and uses his hand to move it from one iron to the other. It sits for another 10 minutes before he notices that because of the short, the other waffle iron isnt on either so he takes the iron with the waffle to the back to find a new outlet. He comes back after a while with a cooked waffle plates it up and gives it to me. My husband and I get our food. My 8 dollar waffle is 1 waffle, cut in half, each half folded. There is a raspberry sauce, and hersheys chocolate syrup, both seeming to be corn syrup based. There is some deflated whipped cream and "pastry filling". The waffle is not a good texture assuming because it was handled and cooked so awkwardly. My husband ordered the "goods" crepe with a side of fruit. Side of fruit was canned fruit cocktail. It was topped with a flavorless bechamel sauce. So in the end I was just super disappointed. Feel like I paid for a gimmick. Couldve made it better myself.

There is nothing I can say is wrong with this quaint coffee shop. Although it is much more than just coffee. There is a kitchen and there are meals, smoothies, bottled drinks, teas (iced and hot), pastries and much more. The atmosphere is completely charming. The employees are above and beyond magnificent, especially Chad, who humored me with delightful conversation. There is plenty of seating and its family friendly. The indoor is beautiful and the outside has splendid views. Theres seating inside, outside on a patio with creek and tree views or out front which has a Paris bistro feel, where you can people watch. This is a great conversational place to catch up with friends or to sit and read a book.

Family ordered a meal with crepes and sandwich... Turkey sandwich took 30 minutes with hardly anyone in the place. Crepes came all at different times while my family had to wait on me to eat after finally receiving my sandwich. Quite a few of younger employees seeming to not be paying attention to their jobs and chatting with friends visiting the establishment. Did not seem there was a manager keeping everyone focused. We were not the only ones complaining about the timing and delivery of our orders. It has been a good place previously however today it seemed to lack focus. It wont be my last visit but if this becomes the norm it will be hard to continue coming to this establishment.

This is a great creperie. I delight myself in finding creperies, because I used to live in XIV arrondissement in Paris. After ordering both sweet and savory crepes during the slow period (Monday 1:30 - 2:00), I had experienced friendly service (pretty, smiling, young lady and polite, engaging, teenage-looking cook). The food was very good. Of course, it cannot match a Parisian flavor, but this is as close as I got to it in the US. Interestingly, it was better than the creperie inside the Paris resort on the Vegas strip. Great job! I would return to Frogg any day my schedule allows.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was the only one in line and had to wait 10 minutes to be helped. I dont mind waiting, but at least acknowledge me and tell me there is a wait. The cashier was confused and rude. The cook was very rude. I ordered a soup and it took thirty minutes to make. At that point my toddler was fussy so I asked for it to go and they put it in a coffee cup because they ran out of to go bowls. I couldnt believe how rude the employees were and totally had no customer service. Never again will I eat here.

The Staff: Not attentive (the "Barista" wearing pants with a dose of butt crack, EWW). He did not greet us, did not use basic customer service skills. He was such an unpleasant person. The Hot Chocolate: This was a terrible choice. The beverage was lukewarm and the taste was terrible. Verdict: Do not waste your money here, the place looks run down, dirty and I do not want to eat at a place like that and on top of that get treated like an inconvenience.

I was disappointed with my sandwich and the coffee. The coffee was a mocha with no ice but tasted watered down with the mocha powered still clumped on the bottom. The sandwich ordered was chicken with bacon that resembled more like chicken salad, especially since it was cold and the bread was hot. I was disappointed especially because of the money spent but at least I ate which is more that other people had in their belly.

Good snacks, coffee decent and nice ambience although their crepe prices are too high. One crepe and one latte is over $11 out the door! What is a crepe? A French word for a thin pancake. So, unless they decide to peel those prices back a bit, I cant see this place worth more than a visit once a month rather than once a week the way Id wished.

The setting is pretty, you feel like its a real French restaurant. I asked about the coffee beans and when the girl hesitated I should have know, despite I ordered an espresso. It was poorly made, burn and bitter taste. The crepes were dense. On the positive, they were generous with the Nutella and also the staff was polite.

My husband and I like to come here every now and then to get coffee/lattes. Their drinks are perfect for sipping and chilling and the crepes look delicious! They have a few card and board games as well. The service is friendly and the dining area is quite nice for enjoying food/drinks as well as catching up with friends.

The crepes are really good and its good that they have a great selection of coffees, lattes, tea, and wines. Its a cool hangout or chill cafe. It would 5 star it if the prices were a lil lower. But i guess the rent is not cheap in that prime location. But wont be disappointed for what you pay for.

Amazing Crepes! So good! Im drooling. Took a friend got the strawberry cheesecake crepe. He got the Viva La Tejas. Both were delicious. The Crepes are so fluffy and light no Chewy at all. Fillings were fresh and tasty. The Viva is Texas rolled in a crepe! Will be back!

YES! I recommend this place. The banana foster crepe and lemon basil tea was simplistic yet phenomenal. It was a tad bit expensive but well worth it I promise. Decor all around was whimsical. And the two guys that worked there seemed bright and outgoing. :)

Dont miss the chance to try "Nutella and Stuff Crepe" and London Fog. Its a great place to start a great weekend and its a perfect place for brunch time. But in general, its great for any mood and any time. By the way, they have "Mimosa". Cheers!!!
