Excited to get a Texas style steak here, menu through Google here showed many options, to which they only had sirloin steaks when I asked, atmosphere looked neat, live band and dancing, however no sign when I walked in to tell me to sit or wait after five minutes of confusion and no one approaching we took our own seat to wait there another 5-10 min with no recognition. once I stood up to look for a waiter, the bar tender quickly ran over to me to get my drinks but when she explained how they only had the sirloin we decided to leave.

Had reservation for 16! No problem doing that. 1 star. Good food. 1 star. Great band! 1 star. Short staffed. (I got 1 beer and a cup of water during 3 1/2 hrs plus my burger because waitress was overworked.). Minus 1 star. Certainly I could go to the bar and get my own, chose not to. One-hole bathroom and no stamp when paid cover charge. Several people I know came in without paying a cover. No fair!!! Minus 1 star. Yes, I would go back!

We came during a slow time, during lunch. The food was great and the service was prompt. The place seems like nothing from the outside, but it seems like a good, well run place that a person might like to be a regular at. My favorite part was the sign that said "KWITCHERBITCHIN"!

The day staff is awesome....just be wary of the sisters that con the night time crowd! We have been BURNED several times and always leave at 7 pm now. Such a shame the owner ia in personal crisis and doesnt realize how these girls she trusts are totally ripping her off.

We really enjoyed the band Half Nelson! But our waitress Elaine was very attentive. AND our meal of grilled catfish, salad, baked potato and hush puppies was as good as any high priced restaurant! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Thanks for a great birthday party!!!
