I would give this place 0 stars but they wont let me. EVERY, and I mean EVERY time my husband and I come here they are unable to serve us. They either dont answer their drive thru or tell us their POS is down. I get bad weather making the system not work but come on its a beautiful night outside. The person working tonight was rude to my husband when he asked why every time we come here they never seem to be able to do their job. Then he just ignored us when we asked for the stores location number. I literally stop by this store at least every other night in hopes that I can get something to eat on my way home after work around 11:30 since they are the ONLY place open around here at this time of night. And as usual, Nothing!! One time they told us they had no employees to work the late night shift and could not serve us food. There have been nights when I have had to work with only one other employee other than my self and I work fast food. My boss would never hear of closing for that reason. You call ppl in, figure it out. How is this location still in business? Ive ordered food before and been told they were out of it. Worst taco Bell ever!!!

Worst experience at a TacoBell yet! I met my wife for lunch, during our hour lunch break. Wasnt very busy had one person ahead of us in line. Got order in with no issue. After we order we sat down watch several other people come in make orders and those people get their orders. Slowly becoming agrivated. I walk up there several time not being acknowledged at all. Finally I had enough I called for the manager asked him what was going on why I hadnt received my order and its been almost 30 minutes at this point. No apology given at all on the part of the staff just excuses made. Now I know why Taco Bell goes through stuff so damn quick. The excuse given was my order apparently got pushed to the back of the line, they had not even started on my meal yet! Ive been to Taco Bells all over the city of Houston I love their food and if something goes wrong at every other Taco Bell Ive been to an apology is given and and if its something extremely wrong they offer me a discount or a free meal or free something out of it. Like I said the only thing offered to me here was an excuse.

Come to this location 3 times a week. Last two nights, theres a 6 car wait in line and after five minutes the customer at the menu board hasnt ordered. I think, "Okay Ill go inside, deive thru is just backed up" I go inside and am told the wait is 25 minutes. There are two crew working the entire restaurant. Mind you, Im not an irate customer. I am a general manager for a fast food concept similar to Taco Bell, and with safe assessment, can tell you this is not the employees fault, this is poor regional management. Apologetically, the counter crew tries to explain as I walk out that they are working hard to serve us, and I have to return a simple "I know, Im sorry" as I contemplate who could be inept enough to mismanage a chain this poorly. Dear regional/district operator, I know you will read this. Staff your restaurant. You are clearly not capable of running multiple locations, so please focus on this one. This Taco Bell used to be amazing. In the past couple of months they have seemingly gone through a management change and it is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have visited in recent memory. In the past month I have had two separate 30+ minute drive thru experiences (only 5-6 cars in front of me each time). I have also had two experiences where they closed during normal business hours in the past week and a half. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere, but here.

Horrible service!!!! The last 4 times I have been there with my kids, we have waited in a 30 min line or longer, only for us to make it all the way home and they have gotten our order wrong. This time, I felt like I was being rushed. Then when I was done ordering, I heard the guy say... "Thank god!!!". I had only ordered two #3s and a #1!! I agree with the other guy on here, This Place Should Be Shut Down!!! Or all the staff should be fired!!!

The sign says they are open until 2 AM. Its 01:15 Dec. 29 all the lights are on and I am waiting and waiting and waiting and no one takes my order. So I pull up to the window and there is a kid in there fixing himself something to eat so I knock on the window and at first he tries to ignore me but then finally opens the window and I say "hey arnt you guys open?" and he says "no sorry." WTH !!!

Been in line for over 25 minutes now finally made it to the window look over and there are 3 employees standing there chit-chatting and have been for a good 5 minutes now theres a line of cars behind me and at least 3 cars already got out of line. And if the lady that is taking the orders would actually help prepare the food the line might go a little faster. Very irritated right now.

So I went to the drive thru today and I ordered 6 crunchy tacos with just lettuce and the guy was like do you still want beef....like yes obviously why would I just order a tortilla and lettuce...it even took 2 people to take the order and at the end they gave me 6 crunchy tacos with beef and cheese...like I did NOT want cheese is that so hard to understand people.

This location is right off of 2978 and very easy to get in and out of quickly. The employees are always super nice and friendly. Service is always quick and the foods great. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean and well maintained. Definitely a place I would recommend from breakfast all the way up to 2 in the morning!

Waited 15 minutes outside at drive through while the worker inside made food for all his friends that were obviously not suppose to be on the store. He then rudely came to the window and told me the system" was down and I couldnt order. I guess it was too much trouble to actually serve customers.

Sat at the drive through for 30 min with no service l. Workers were inside and ignoring all customers. As you can see in the picture, the guy wouldnt respond. There were more than 20 people outside angry about the situation. I will not be supporting this establishment again.

I must of came on a good day. All the bad reviews I read below me arent here today. Friendly service and food was made quick. Not everyone can be 5 stars everyday, cut them some slack on busy days. Or fill out an application n quit running your mouth.

I swear that this is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Worse than the worst mcdonalds and that is saying something. They cannot get one order right even if their lives depended on it. This place should be shut down.
