I just got in two different altercations with people in the drive through line! I never get into any issues when I go to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It was extremely busy so I was prepared to be patient and for it to take a while. And also to be patient in the parking lot. Apparently, other people did not have this mentality. I had a lady get out of her car and scream at me because I was blocking something but I wasnt quite sure what she was trying to tell me. Then she asks (rudely) "have you ever even been to this Starbucks before?" After that I just left the drive-through without the 5 drinks I was going to order. This Starbucks has always had issues in the parking lot because of the small and awful design. But this morning was ridiculous. They need to do something about the space, put out sign or maybe do some construction to make it better. Also every time we have been the service is extremely slow. Just not a happy experience. We opted to make coffee at home this morning.

I have given this particular Starbucks so many opportunities to change my mind, but this morning was the last time I will go to this location. The guy who took my order at the register was very friendly and always is. However, the dark haired girl on bar (at 7:30 on August 1st) was so rude and so slow. She only had 4 drinks to make, non of which were very time consuming or complicated, and it took her 10 minutes to make my iced coffee. I listened to her call out a "bacon" that sat there for a few minutes until someone figured out that her whispering the word bacon meant there sandwich was ready. I also watched this girl make 3 lattes without cleaning the steam wand once. There was so much dried milk on it that it probably needed to be deep cleaned. I hope someone actually reads these reviews because something needs to change at this location.

Going downhill fast. I go EVERY single week day. For the past 3 weeks my same drink I always order has not tasted the way it should be. I am paying for a double and I feel like I am drinking sweetened milk. Its very frustrating to pay almost $5 and to not enjoy my drink because it does not taste good. Each starbucks should make the drinks the same. There are two other locations I sometimes go to on the weekends that get it right. This location is not making the drinks correctly. Also, no whip means NO WHIP! Scraping it off pisses me off. I hate whip cream I dont want it touching my drink!!! The drink I just ordered is awful!

Melissa Graham-aka MISSY; Ruined this Location. It used to have the best service around and friendly employees . Ever since Melissa Graham become the store manager, this location has gone downhill and i will never ever return! I have told everyone i know how horrible the service is and how bad Melissa Graham treats her employees . If you like waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru to get cold coffee and deal with rude employees then by all means go ahead. Melissa Graham-aka MISSY is also a lesbian who is very mean and hates men and women alike equally.

Horrible costumer service. Everyone seems as if theyre always in a bad mood. I go to this location almost every day before work and there has not been one time Ive talked to an employee with a good attitude. Except for one employee, I believe his name is Sam. Another thing is, I always ask for my frap with whip cream and when I get to the window they give me my drink without it. When I ask again, they look at me like Im the crazy one. Theyre always stingy with it too, like fill my freakin lid with whip cream, dont just give me a tiny swirl!!

This "Starbucks" is not on the recommendation list. Though it is, what we call, our main shopping center in town they certainly do not have the best coffee, at least compared to other Starbucks in the great state of Texas. There coffee is bland and does not have the kick the most people strive to attain when visiting one of there cafe. It disappointed me to say the least. I will not be going back there any time soon, at least until they A- get new workers to make the coffee better and not take shortcuts or B- learn to make better coffee.

The line is slow during every part of the day. Most blame has to fall on the management. Bad driveway or not, they could do small things to keep the line moving smoother. They need to send people outside to keep the driveway from being blocked. Take a page from what ChickFila does, they have the drive thru system down. This is also partly due to Starbucks placing too much on the menu now. The drive thru should be for coffee/drinks only. Its getting out of control here though.

I sat in line for 15 minutes after placing my order. The staff were very slow and rude. When I got my order the panini had been sitting for a while and was cold and soggy. The latte, meanwhile, did not have enough espresso and the milk was burned. The staff gave a disingenuous apology and did not offer to fix or replace anything. Go to the 242 location instead.

Parking is almost nonexistent and drive thru is set up in a bad spot. So far, nothing else has been negative. The drive thru is almost always packed full but they do a decent job moving the line along. For us, our drinks have always been done right. Have yet to encounter a rude employee. I order online via app mostly and it works out great.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. This one has little parking. The staff are not real friendly. And Im sitting here right now looking at a half a dozen flies as they fly around the bar. Not too often I have an "ick" feeling at a Starbucks. My iced latte was made to order, no problem there. But arent we really paying for an experience?

I dont visit often but have always had wonderfully friendly and efficient service here. It is the typical Starbucks coffee shop. Major downfall is that the owners did not think ahead to the enormous growth of the area in such a short time since opening. The layout of the parking lot and drive through is horrible.

On December, 28th 2013, with 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-through, I waited 34 minutes. The employees were extremely slow and not efficient. As I sat at the window, I noticed my drinks had been ready for around 5 minutes before they actually gave them to me. I will not be returning to this location.

This is a lovely study spot where my friends & I can always focus while drinking tasty coffee. This location offers genuine customer service: Amy, Ashley, Tiffany [or her nickname Gaffney], & Rachel are a few examples of employees that stand out! They all work hard & deal with the busy days well.

This is a good place to stop on the long drive from Austin to Houston. Even though the drive-thru lines are long and its always busy, Ive never waited more than 2-3 minutes for a drink inside. The servers are always very friendly here so its one of the better Starbucks locations in the area.
