TL;DR: Stopped in one evening after spotting the place passing by. 10/10 would tea again. Awesome couple running the place; super friendly and they genuinely seem to love what they are making. After hanging out in the corner for a little while drinking a mango/strawberry smoothie with boba and snacking on a chicken sandwich and dumplings it was readily apparent the owners have a steady flow of regulars walking through the door. On the way over, I had been mulling over what drink I would be enjoying this particular evening and had settled on mango with boba (if they had it... But I mean come on, what teahouse worth its tapioca doesnt have mango) Upon arriving my wife and I looked at the menus, I verified the drink I wanted was available and ordered. When ordering the owner suggested adding strawberry. I almost always take an owners suggestion, so I opted for that. The drink was flavorful, not crazy sweet, had the perfect amount of tapioca at the bottom, and was a great consistency. Definitely look forward to trying the other flavors and tea options. Now for the food. Try the dumplings. I cant recommend them enough. Served in what I can only describe as a chicken bucket, these suckers were awesome. Just the right amount of flavor that you dont even need sauce to enjoy. Though they arent hurt by the by some soy sauce if you decide to add some. As I mentioned, I also tried the chicken sandwich. Also very good. When the sandwich came out I was expecting the usual banh mi faire around town(bread that shreds you gums, butter, and dry meat covered in pickled veggies), but was surprised after the first bite. The baguette used is fresh and not yet petrified, the chicken moist, tender and full of flavor. Then, the surprise; instead of the bottom of the sandwich layered in a buttery coat there is a flavorful slaw that ties the whole thing together. Really good stuff. If youve made it this far, like I said at the beginning, I definitely will be coming back. Hopefully adding myself to the flow of regulars.

Visited this place when taking my mom to the area. The place was great with very cute interior & the drinks tasted perfect! They offered so many different kinds of drinks at a very good price. I loveeee their boba pearls. Theyre different from different boba places that Ive tried before. They were fresh & cooked to the perfect level of chewiness - not too hard and not too soft! Got myself a milk tea & my mom an avocado smoothie. Both of us loved our drinks! I was surprised that my mom was able to finish her whole drink including the boba pearls - which she never did before! Another plus thing is that the staff was super nice & helpful when my mom werent sure what to get yet. And the store was kept so clean & organized! Highly recommended!!

The service and prices here are amazing! I was so glad I found this little place while killing time on a Saturday. The drinks came out fast, and the 2 people working there were very friendly and personable. I ordered my husband a milk tea and requested it be less sweet than normal - they did just that and it was perfect. I ordered the Viet coffee, and although it was equally yummy, it did not taste like Viet coffee. It wasnt strong like youd expect with Viet coffee - tasted more like regular iced coffee. Nonetheless, this place deserves all 5 stars, and if Im in the area again, I will be stopping by! Oh, and the tapioca in both drinks were a perfect balance of sweet and squishy!

Warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly baristas, yummy Boba! Ive only ever been to Kims Teahouse and Ive been going there for years and years so I was hesitant to try this place out but after looking through the reviews I knew I had to! I got the cream tea with Boba and it was soooo yummy! My husband got a cookies and cream and peanut butter mix shake with Boba and his was super tasty as well. Well definitely be back for more and not just because there isnt a Kims Teahouse in the area ;-)

Best boba ever! I have been in several places in houston /dallas and this place beats them all. Boba, consistency and taste are great! Must try cream tea with boba, honeydew, red bean, mango-coconut smoothies and my favorite taro-coconut with boba (or coconut jelly). Ask if they have real taro and milk, it tastes even better!! Owners and staff are super nice and try to go out of their way to please the customer.

Ridiculously good boba. For some reason they savored and felt special. Most likely they use the same boba as other shops but for some reason, when I had it, it was ridiculous. One of the top boba Ive ever had, if not best. Plum tea was okay. I had it less sweet and because of that, it wasnt that great. Wish they had more variety of teas.

Great customer service! The guy working there didnt rush me,was super sweet and had a huge smile on his face! I wish I wouldve caught his name but I didnt. They are also really fast I waited for my drink for less then 2 minutes! I really liked the drink it was very flavorful. I wil be back tomorrow to try a different flavor!

I Love This Place! I have a I ❤️ Boba around the corner from my house but I much rather take an extra 5 mins to go here always friendly, remember your name, make the best smoothies, coffee, etc! They know me quite well since I go often. Highly recommend this place if you want the best service, drinks, and prices

Got my watermelon smoothie perfectly done! I love how they used fresh watermelon for my smoothie. Their customer service was great as well. The two guys were very friendly, helpful, and patient while I was making my drink selection. I would definitely come again next time when Im in the area.

I was recently introduced to this place and its AMAZING taro coconut with boba smoothie about 2 weeks ago....and I kidd you not, every day the shop is open Ive been back to get yet another cup! Soooooo addicted!!! Wonderful service and same great taste EVERYTIME!!!

The people who work here are patient and kind, theyll do their best to meet your health needs, and they always give me good recommendations. I really appreciate the atmosphere and not being rushed into making any decisions. This is my favorite boba place.

This place is consistently the best bubble tea place in the area. The flavors are fantastic, and there is zero of the synthetic fruit aftertaste of some other shops. To top it odd, the staff is kind and accommodating. Its worth the extra drive for sure.

GOOD TEAS. The boba is amazing!!! I never loved boba until now. They make their boba in a special way that makes them taste so good. My sister and I literally go there once a week if not more. Really good service and definitely recommend trying.
